Breakfast was lovely and everything was there in its place, The staff were very accommodating and helpful and would make conversation. My Room was all that I needed it for, single room, My location was fantastic with it being 4 min away from Blackpool North and only 10 min walk to the winter gardens in which was my event location.

Shower needs just a new holder as its loose but its fine once it stays up, The paint job on the walls may need some refreshing and the chair may need some new padding but apart from these small little things, there is nothing bad about this hotel.

happy hosts, excellent breakfast and location was perfect as it was close to the railway station. The bed was comfortable and the hosts wanted you to have a good time. The hosts allowed you to leave your luggage at the hotel on the last day and provided a key to let yourself in.

We found the bathroom to be a bit cramped and not much room to move in the shower. If your room was facing the road outside, on some days there was a club or bar that was a bit noisy till the early hours. It didn't really bother us as we fell asleep fairly quickly after a busy day exploring.

The hosts. Top gentlemen who went out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Also, the breakfasts were great and the place was spotless...a huge plus for any hotel/guest house in my eyes. Add in that It was in a great location (5 minutes walk to beachfront and a couple of minutes more to the north pier) and you have a top 'home from home' at a very reasonable price.

They were very accommodating. Once they found out we were vegan, they brought us soy milk and set up a table for us with it each morning. The vegan food offered were vegan sausages, hash browns, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, and toast with a selection of jams and vegan margarine. There was also a table with juices, cereals, and fruits that you could help yourself to. Breakfast was always served quickly with a smile and remembered our orders from the day before. The vibe was very comfortable and felt very queer friendly. Room featured a handy booklet that included some of the places you could visit which is great when you're not local. It's very close to the train station but not so close that trains bother us. It's also extremely close to the beach. Couldn't be a better location. TV actually works. I've been to so many hotels where either the TV just doesn't work, or the batteries in the remote aren't there. Seriously, it's so common that it's worth mentioning. They do daily cleaning if you want it, but you can put up the door hanger to avoid this if you don't want it. The bedroom came with a wonderfully comfortable duvet and two pillows each .

Really can't complain, incredibly friendly atmosphere with minimal rules and a respect for privacy. The rooms are of course a bit small but perfectly adequate and exactly what we expected when we booked. If we come again (we certainly hope to!) we'd make an effort to let them know of our dietary requirements in advance- some vegan friendly bacon would be a nice addition if possible.

My room was very nice but I needed a little chair really. However, I don't think that was possible due to room space etc. Overall I was very happy with my room etc. Thank-you! :)

I could not fault our stay at The Garnett. Convenient parking two streets away, located in the old railway yard. The price was very competitive for our overnight stay in Blackpool. Our room was nice, with a tv, tea and coffee supplied, his and hers dressing gowns hanging up in the wardrobe, and the full English breakfast was really good. The hospitality was exceptional, we even saw the proprietors Allan and Dean in Ma Kelly's Pub just down the road and had a good night with them. Like I said we couldn't fault The Garnett. Will continue to stay there again.

The hosts welcomed us in a friendly and welcoming manner. For a B&B the Garnett ticks all the necessary boxes. It's friendly and welcoming, it's clean, quiet, and secure. It has a bar! The breakfast is ample and lovely. It's in a good location. What more do you need?

The toilet in the bedroom didn't offer the greatest privacy having a folding door, however, there was an external toilet just a few steps outside. The bedroom wasn't the biggest, but I paid for bed and breakfast and I got a good bed with a great breakfast. And, if you go to Blackpool to sit in a bedroom all day you want your head testing.

This place is amazing, the hosts are so welcoming and friendly and the place is spotless. our room was decorated with love hearts and banners to help us celebrate our anniversary that was amazing and totally unexpected. We both work in hospitality and so we are quite critical with food and hygiene but genuinely I couldn’t fault any of it. The effort that was made throughout this establishment is second to non. We even had cappuccino and sweets in our room. The cooked breakfast was gorgeous not a spot of grease and you could tell the quality of the food was high yum yum!! They had even put out fresh fruit, pastries and yogurt. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Blackpool, there are so many bad hotels and B&Bs in our seaside towns but we his is definitely an exception 10’s across the board !!

I have nothing negative to say to be honest I loved it!

I stayed there for 3 nights for a video game retro convention and i have to say everything was superb. The hosts were so nice they couldn't do enough for you, the room was so clean and tidy smelled great even had a robe for guests. But the breakfast was out of this world plenty of options full breakfast was big and cooked perfectly with toast everything was exceptional i will be going back next year definately
