We stayed in the smaller double room. Lovely decor, well maintained property, lots of nice finishing touches and really nice quality bedding and bed, a private bathroom was a massive benefit as I hate sharing bathrooms in these bigger bnbs in seaside towns. The bathroom was nice, good shower and light above the mirror for makeup. Excellent value for money and a great location. The breakfast was perfect (vegetarian and regular) and served in a lovely room. Nice coffee too! Nothing was too much bother and Craig was really pleasant and professional. Best bnb we have stayed in Blackpool!

Lack of parking but it is so central this is not the properties fault. We paid for a space on myparkingspace.com nearby.

The room was lovely it was clean and plenty of tiolet roll, shampoo, conditioner and body wash even though we always use our own. There was also plenty of tea ,coffee, sugar and milk plus hot chocolate and biscuits also some small chocolates very nice touch. The breakfast was excellent best bacon I have eaten out in a long time, Craig and Paul were excellent hosts.

The bathroom was a little on the small side the door was not well fitted and wouldn't close properly but as a bathroom it served it's purpose. The room was comfortable however I didn't sleep well with the noise from the road so next time I would request a room at the back.

From the minute we walked through the door it had a very homely feel. Its decor is very victorian with amazing paintings and lighting. We stayed in the Sandringham Suite and it was beautiful. Very tasteful decor, spotlessly clean, spacious and plenty of tea and coffee with a lovely big screen tv and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding and hot. Beautifully cooked and plentiful. Hosts were lovely. Bar area just lovely, very reasonably priced with a pool table. A 2 min walk from the train station and lots of bars close by. A 10 minute walk to North pier and 5 mins to winter gardens. Definitely my place to stay on my next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful, Craig and Paul are very nice, pleasant and knowledgeable. Room was fresh and clean as was the bathroom. Ideally situated if you travel on the train the station is five minutes walk maximum and plenty of off street parking and a nearby car park if travelling by car. There's a nice little bar in the lounge and the prices are very reasonable, also a pool table if you fancy a game.

The mattress in our room could do with changing too soft in our opinion. The only other point is in our room (9) maybe consider rehanging the bathroom door so its hinged on the right hand side then would open out into the room, It proves rather awkward hinged the way it is, once opened its a pain squeezing around it due to the bed. Hope these comments are taken as constructive, that aside it would not stop us returning.

Honestly best hotel I've ever stayed in in many years.. very welcoming.. room was lovely ..breakfast was spot on and very welcoming..prime location for pubs and clubs which was what we was after.... definitely highly recommend and will definitely be goin bk there ....

Honestly the place was awsome so this is no reflection on the place but I like a shower and it was just a little difficult to get temp right and shower curtain was long so it flooded bottom but that's just me bein picky if honest....didn't affect our stay at all.. 👌👌👌🤟🍻

Breakfast was excellent (as previous guests have stated). Craig was a wonderful host. Our room was maybe a little on the small side, but for what we paid I cannot grumble about it. It was spotlessly clean, traditionally decorated and very welcoming. My only comment was everywhere you went in the property was very warm - thankfully the weather was cold and dry when we were there so popping down to the main door for a breath of fresh air was a great relief. We overcame the heat in the room by turning the radiator down and opening the window, which made it much more comfortable for us. I also noticed there was a fan provided on top of the wardrobe - which we didn't need to use. Temperature is a very personal thing, so please don't read into this as a negative. We're already looking to see when we could return for another weekend stay. Great central location, great amenities - all together a great little find, well worth the money.

As previously stated the property was a bit on the warm side - for what we find comfortable, but could easily be overcome by opening some windows or a door to let air circulate.

The breakfast was really good - I had the full English and it was cooked just right, there was also tea (or coffee) and juice and you could have cereal too if you wanted. I was in one of the two single rooms, and it was very clean and comfortable with a very nice little shower/toilet room. The general ambience of the place is really nice too, feeling like a really classy bed and breakfast. It's also a close distance to the Blackpool North station which was good for my travel arrangements.

Could check in early, greeted by Craig who has the loviest smile. Room was spacious, clean and lovely. Again delicious hot breakfast every day with a wide variety.Asked every morning if we needed anything for our room. In a great location for the train station, buses and bars. 10 minute walk down to North Pier and the beach. 2nd visit at this guest house and there will definitely be more. Thank you for making our stay a perfect one

the best b&b ive stayed in around blackpool. breakfast fantastic, staff friendly, very clean, good value for money. cant praise this place any higher. exceptional. only down side, 🤷‍♂️girlfriend left in the morning to get the train home, after falling out with me. oh well back to Tinder 😁

Lovely hotel. Staff extremely polite, patient and very friendly. Rooms well equipped and comfortable. Very clean and spacious .Breakfast is the best I have ever had in Blackpool, soo tasty !! Location was brilliant for us as all the pubs and clubs were on the door step. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times now. I would highly recommend staying here.

There's nothing I could fault with this bed and breakfast.
