everything I was extremely happy with the service. We were greeted on arrival and then checked in quickly and professionally, the staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bar staff were quick and professional when serving people, polite and friendly. The food was exceptional and was very good value for money. Overall an excellent stay, we will definitely stay again, good value for money, good location, very professional and friendly staff who want to go above and beyond for their customers. We also had a treatment which was also amazing. Brilliant place to stay.

Modern, well appointed rooms with large comfortable beds. We received a warm reception when we arrived and we allocated 2 adjacent rooms (as we were travelling with children). The rooms were a good size and overlooking the runway. Our children took advantage of the free films on the movie channel. Sound insulation was excellent both between the rooms and from outside noise. We were travelling the next morning from Heathrow, it took only 30 mins to get there and was much nicer than any of the Heathrow airports I have stayed in in the past (Sofitel, Novotel etc.).

Only minor gripe was that we were given 2 double rooms rather than twin rooms as we had reserved (the kids weren't too pleased). I'm sure this could have been resolved by the staff but we were in a hurry to meet up with some friends nearby.

The hotel and staff were excellent The room was above and beyond what we expected. The food was nice, and the bar staff serving drinks were also. The location was really good, you could see the planes from the room and carpark and with the warm evening it had a holiday feel to it. The lounge area in the bar was so relaxed and comfortable it made the evening very speacial on the whole it was a nice experience. For me it was an excellent place to have our first date together, my llittle tipsy Gypsy Nina will agree ..she loved it and we both will be returning again for sure.

Maybe I should of asked or maybe been told but I was unaware of the bar closing at 12.00pm. Its no biggy as room service was also polite and helpful. It's a minor and there's nothing not to like as on a whole it was excellent.

Great location with view on the airport. Amazing! We took cocktails and nibbles on the terrace, while enjoying looking at the airplanes taking off and landing. Dinner afterwards was delicious too as well as the breakfast in the morning. Helpful staff with big smiles, especially Francesco in the restaurant! Our favourite hotel during our UK trip.

One of the 2 EV car chargers was broken, but we found solutions with the hotel and the owner of the car which was charging.

The decor of this place was modern, spacious and inviting. The room was comfortable and clean, we loved that robes and slippers were provided. The large screen tv allowed us to do screen mirroring so we could watch our own stuff although the selection of movies provided on the hotel tv was more than adequate. The staff were all friendly and proffesional. We loved the classy and relaxing vibe of the bar. The standard of food from room service and the restaurant was good. Overall the standard of the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely visit again.

Would be nice if the hotel did family rooms.

The property and staff were great, couldn’t fault any of them. the staff were very attentive and reception we extremely helpful. The room was spotless, beds so comfortable and had everything you needed, our sons had room service which was also excellent, quick and great value for money. The brassiere restaurant was good, staff again were friendly, professional we couldn’t fault anything. Exceptional value for money.

Not enough seating in the bar area, we were told it was 1st come 1st served however half the tables had been reserved?

The lighting on the dressing table is clearly for male guests . It wasn’t at all bright enough for hair or make up . The terrace was very uninviting , no h table lights , planting was poor or tiered. And most shocking part of my trip, was the breakfast apple juice, it was clearly past it’s use by date . When I drank it , there was a terrible fizziness to it .. I explained it to the waiter who understood exactly what I meant . Another area of improvement for breakfast,,would be to explain the ordering and help yourself Buffett on welcoming you for the first time . We just had a egg menu shown to us , and later realised we could have Buffett items .

Breakfast was delicious, staff attentive and terrace very relaxing with view across the airport - great for sundowners in the afternoon/evening sun. Room was spacious with great view, very comfortable beds and super shower in ensuite. Hotel had 2 restaurants serving delicious food and a lovely bar on the first floor. Free parking is always good. Walking distance of aviation museum, local pub and restaurants.

The room was really spacious, the bed was big and super comfy, the staff were lovely and the food was excellent! Good bathroom, nice shower. Parking on site. The room had coffee making facilities, but a cafetiere instead of the usual instant nonsense. I could happily have just never ever left! Absolutely would recommend and will be looking for any excuse to stay here again. One of the best hotels I have ever been to.

I have literally nothing bad to say!

If Carlsberg did hotels! This is how hotels should be! Cannot recommend this place enough for a relaxing few days away. You can clearly tell all the staff enjoy their jobs as they go over and above for their customers and nothing is too much trouble. They were all so warm and welcoming too. We received a welcome drink on arrival, thoughtful staff had left a slate board with 'Happy Birthday' written in Chocolate with chocolates on the side in our room and we were given a complimentary late checkout without even asking for it! Bliss! Despite being right next to the runway, it was surprisingly quiet. There was also a wedding on when we stayed but we didn't hear a thing. My husband works in aviation so loved watching the aircraft from our window. The Sky Bar cocktails were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. We had an amazing stay, just the R&R we needed. Huge thanks to all the staff who looked after us so well.
