Hot tub was brilliant. Bungalow and contents generally brilliant. Huge TV very welcome as World Cup was on! Good toilet roll and the tub of useful stuff (inc 2 DW tabs) very useful! Everything was extremely clean (except when we swapped the sofas to get the comfy one in front of the TV - nobody had been under there for a good while!). Shower is really good. Pool was open and looked nice even though we visited in November but didn't use as we'd paid the bit extra for a hot tub - well worth it! Only 2 of us for 3 nights so we didn't need it, but the fridge freezer is HUGE! For a family the narrow DW would only do one meal. There's a really good and very cheap Chinese take-away in walking distance, or the Indian will deliver. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful at all times. Walk up to the fort, then take the footpath either way for a nice circular walk around the headland via the beaches either side. The Totland beach has a lovely variety of tiny coloured pebbles.

Size of beds has been commented on before but think they've missed the crux of the problem. Bed is big enough as a double but feels smaller as sagging so both roll into the middle a bit. Suggest double beds need bracing short term, then rolling replacement to more sag resisting Kings. Next doors light shines into the hall of #41 and the glass isn't frosted so a curtain on the front door would be good! No light by the hot tub, but we got by leaving the bedroom curtains open. Water marks from some previous leak on the kitchen ceiling could do with painting over. There's only wi-fi in the reception but we had no problems downloading normal stuff from phone data. Only 2 bed-side lights and no toilet roll holder is liveable with but seems a bit weird.

The lodge looked just like the ones advertised, we were really impressed. The hot tub was on the patio as we had asked for one like that. The lodge was roomy bright and clean and the area was lovely and quiet.

The double bed in the main bedroom was far too small for two reasonably sized adults. Would have also liked to have had a couple of spare towels.

The staff in reception were very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was really lovely with everything needed for a comfortable stay and very spacious. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. The grounds were nicely kept and everything was peaceful.

Although the beach looked nice online, it wasn't so great, with nowhere to sit or children to play until the tide went out in the evening. we like to stay near a sandy beach for the children to play but at least we could drive to nicer places from our accommodation. The only issue in our lovely accommodation was the fridge was so built up with melting frost it left all our food soaked, regardless how much we wiped it. However the rest of our accommodation was A+.

The hot tub was amazing, and the beach was a stone throw away from the park! Clean accommodation with a dishwasher washing machine lovely clean oven and microwave! Would highly recommended!

The TV signal wasnt great and Internet was non existent, however there was a dvd player...remember them? Lol we did buy some second hand dvds in a near by town but realised the dvd player wasn't even plugged into the tv! After letting reception know we went out for the day and there was a fully working dvd player waiting for us on our return ready for a cosy night in! So all in all amazing service!

It was clean, modern and a good size for a family of 4. The location was also excellent and the amenities in the reception area were a nice touch.

It could have done with a few more provisions to get you started. A small carton of milk for example and some dry goods/condiments. The amount of cutlery and glassware was also frustrating. There was only four of each item so for four people it meant of a lot of washing or running of the dishwasher. WiFi would have been useful too. The phone signal wasn’t great in the area so it was sometimes tricky to plan/book trips for the next day.

The cottage was beautiful and very well equipped. Clean. modern and comfortable. A few minutes walk to local restaurants and the beach. The Isle of Wight is such a beautiful and clean place to visit, we had an amazing 4 days and we will be back to finish seeing the things we didn't get to. We didn't use the hot tub but it was a nice addition and if we had stayed longer we may have used it. The perfect place to stay as everything is close by; supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beaches. We went on long walks from the cottage and simply loved our stay. We walked to Yarmouth Castle from the cottage, it was a long walk but really beautiful views, there were areas of no footpath so we decided to get the number 7 bus back. The buses are clean and the staff are helpful and friendly at the bus station. A must is a walk down the footpath from the site onto the beach, make sure you take the gate code, and walk to the family run restaurant on the beach, we had a meal and watched the sun go down with drinks. Amazing!

The team on site need to take better care of the garden, the grass had been cut but the cuttings had been left to blow about and get walked into the cottage, also there were large sharp brambles growing over the fence. We did tell a site team member who apologised and said he would let the gardener know, It didn't matter to us as we were 4 adults so I told him it wasn't urgent.

The accommodation was very good and this is the 3rd time we have come here! Lots of thought in décor and lots of space throughout, beds lovely and comfortable.

The last couple of times the gardens were quite disgraceful, grass not cut, cigerette buts and rubbish lying around. Certainly dont want to walk to the hot tub bare foot! This year the reception staff was a bit direct and not very helpful, and directed us the alternative route to beach as usual gate is not further accessed. The path was well overgrown and quite tricky for an older person to walk down the back of peoples houses. Therefore went the longer way round on the roads.

It was a fantastic location, great house with lovely decorations and a comfy bed. The facilities were nice and the walk to the beach was great. The freebies were a lovely touch!

It didn’t feel clean enough. The floor was dirty when we arrived and it didn’t feel very hoovered. We felt we weren’t given enough information for example the code to the gate, information about wifi and that while the freebies were lovely, maybe they could think about how long people are staying as both our soap and washing up liquid ran out after a couple of days!

The place is very nice and has a good location from Yarmouth ferry terminal and is also very close to the needle. Easy to get to and from, the hot tub was very nice, and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

After I had booked this on bookings.com, I noticed that the same room was sold for much cheaper, which was disappointing as I was made to pay more. I am not sure if its the room or the area, but the room was very dust attractive, dust literally everywhere. Also there NO WIFI at this place, despite what it may say on bookings.com, so I ended up using up all my data sadly.
