The host, Michelle, was very friendly and welcoming. She made us feel relaxed and at home. The rooms were lovely. She did a wonderful breakfast, with gorgeous homemade preserves. She gave us lots of great tips about how to get the most out of our stay in Glastonbury, and did lots of little things that made it an extra special experience. The location was excellent, being just up from the High Street, so in walking distance to the shops, Chalice Well, the Abbey, and all the other main attractions.

Aroho was so serene, and Michelle, who runs the place by herself, was so warm, welcoming and accommodating, and having lived in Glastonbury for many years, she really knows the town and what it has to offer so well. We could make tea, real coffee or herbal tea whenever we wanted. The shower was really nice to use and everything in the house was light, bright and spotlessly clean. The breakfast room was lovely, and Michelle fitted around the requirements of guests for their breakfasts. Not a cooked breakfast but porridge is possible. Regular or gluten free toast or cereal, fruit and yoghourt were all available together with extra cups of tea of coffee. Living in the Nordic region I am not always happy with 'continental breakfasts' in the UK, but I was very happy with the breakfast Michelle provided. Michelle was very happy to store my luggage whilst I enjoyed Glastonbury on the day of my departure. I cannot recommend highly enough if you are seeking an orderly, friendly and calm stay with all practicalities taken care of.

Michelle was wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. The lovely room had well curated, uncluttered deco with a feminine touch (I dislike too much wall decor and appreciate a clean white wall). The bathroom was very clean. The location right up the High Street is perfect for accessing sites of interest as well as the shops including a health food store, and for traveling by bus.

Aroha is located very centrally in Glastonbury and from here it is easy to reach by a short walk the main attractions (such as GlastonburyTor, high street shops and Chalice Wells) The rooms and home feel clean, tasteful with a beautiful, gentle vibe. The best thing about Aroha however is the host Michelle who is warm, welcoming and a true gem. I would definitely stay again, thank you so much 🌸✨️💖

Michelle, the host is super friendly and accommodating. I loved the decor and level of comfort. Breakfast was good and satisfying, with a good selection of teas, and great ground coffee. The location is amazing, quiet, yet at the heart of things. The extras like an electric blanket on the comfy bed, a hot water bottle, filtered water in the room were lovely. Michelle was also really knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and beautiful places to visit. Good value for money too. I recommend this place highly!

I liked it all.

Michelle is a very easy going person,she always made me feel at home ,she's chatty and mindful, she even baked a delicious banana bread to share with me. I slept very good,the place is peaceful and you can get natural light from the window on your room.The house is cozy and the location is perfect to walk from there everywhere .

Healthy choices for breakfast. gluten free available. The hostess was very friendly, loved Billy the cat! Interesting books in the bedroom. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Oracle cards at breakfast!

I would have liked a chair to sit on in the bedroom. Couldn't park right by the property.

The property is beautiful inside and out. It is located perfectly to visit The Tor, Chalice Well and The White Spring. The High Street is a 2 minute walk. It is a very welcoming house and very clean. I had the best nights sleep in the comfortable warm bed. Michelle the owner is absolutely lovely and I am looking forward to going again.

There was nothing I did not like about the property

Aroha is easily one of the nicest places I've stayed in Glastonbury and one I will be happily returning to. It is warm and homely and incredibly peaceful and calm. Michelle is a wonderful host and a lovely person, who is always wanting to make sure you have everything you need and are content. She is a joy to spend time with and talk to and I am so glad to have met and spent time here. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay :)

We stayed for two nights at Aroha and it was absolutely perfect! The room was beautiful, the house was immaculately clean and the bed was super comfy. Michelle is really friendly, considerate and accomodating, the ideal host. Breakfast was fantastic, we are vegan and Michelle made sure we had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the home away from home feel in the property, it was so nice to be able to really relax whilst away. Billy the cat was lovely company too! The location is excellent, it was very easy for us to get around Glastonbury and be able to come back and chill out when we wanted to. Overall, we would really recommend staying with Michelle, we have nothing negative to say, it really was perfect!
