Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom and lovely location.

Some of the staff, not really friendly, so I had couple bad experiences in the spa. The pool is lovely, but for a Rushton Hall and spa, suppose to be more spacious and on higher standard the sauna and the steam room. Sauna didn’t work at that time, and in the steam room could smell the drain. So definitely needs upgrading that area. For that reason, should be lower the price for booking a room.

I like everything until I was charged £30 a head for breakfast - staff were delightful - everything was really nice but the cost of the breakfast put me on my arse. I would go again, without question but I would leave and get a cup of coffee elsewhere

Beautiful Hotel and grounds, so much history. Superb room very large. Reception staff and bar staff could not do enough, both offered excellent customer service.

Staff in spa cafe not very friendly or accommodating, very off. Only aspect that let the stay down.

Fantastic facilities, very relaxing environment, friendly staff, great dining and lunch options, really helpful staff, really good all round hotel and spa to relax, unwind and enjoy a weekend away from the hustle and bustle!

I could fault anything, perhaps prices a little high for spa treatments but ultimately an excellent all round experience

Stunning place and is just perfect for a getaway, having a walk around Rushton Hall and enjoying the Spa facilities plus the beautiful room and dinning to their restaurant is exactly what are you asking for a chill weekend away from home.

A bit overpriced the restaurant comparing with the food that you’re having.

Ambiance. Very relaxed but good quality. Staff were well trained and very helpful. Spa facilities were very good. Dinner on Sunday was very good. Not quite so good on Monday: probably due to being very busy indeed. Liked the walks through the grounds: snowdrops particularly impressive.

A little more attention by the staff at Dinner on Monday evening, but quite understand the pressures of two full dining rooms.

the quality of the food in the Bistro was absolutely excellent.

not a problem at all but the hotel was very quiet and we had a rather small room compared with others i have stayed in the past. I am a regular user and it would have been good to be upgraded as there were plenty or rooms available.

Amazing historical premises, well kept and beautifully furnished. The staff was friendly. The spa facilities were nice and clean. Our dinner in the Brasserie 1593 was exceptional. We loved the menu options and execution of the meals - very impressive. We ordered a partridge starter, halibut main and pork belly main dish and finished with an amazing apple themed dessert. Also, the bar was spectacular and took you back in time.

Would appreciate it if there was another option for breakfast rather than the £20 charge per person. Options like coffee and croissant/toast/fruit would be a good option for those who wish to have a small breakfast.
