Snooze Hotel

the bed was comfortable and a kettle was available in the room to make tea/coffee. Checking in was easy and staff were on call 24 hours though we never had to call them.

Doors were too noisy; if you had to get up in the night (and I always do) it was impossible to be quiet so as not to disturb other guests; the door latches closed with a bang that sounded almost like a gun going off. Also the smoke alarm kept flashing all night.

The room and en-suite bathroom were very clean and had everything we needed (nice TV, hot water and clean towels, comfortable bed etc). The lady on the reception was really pleasant, and when we mentioned to her that the toilet seat was loose, we were impressed that the owner came around and replaced the toilet seat within a couple of hours, during which time I had a nice chat with him, The place has a very friendly, calm feel to it. Plenty of free parking outside the hotel was also much appreciated.

The only thing that surprised us was that our room did not have a window, although a room fan was provided. As we were only using the hotel as a base to sleep in, this was not really a problem for us.

As above. No faults at all. A most enjoyable stay for me and Joy my wife. And my Army mate and his wife. They too was well happy with it. Sue The Manager was most helpful. She should get an Award. For her kindly ness . And Presentation of the Property. Very Professional at all times. Curtious. And extremely helpful at all times. .

Coming up from S.E. London was abit of a trek. As the TTFS venue was in Dunchurch Rugby. 36 miles away from the Snooze Hotel. Market Harborough and the surrounding area's were far too expensive. I was on an Army function Tanks Trucks Trucks and Firepower Show. So we had to go back to and fro for the couple of days. But there was nothing we could fault with the Snooze Hotel. The receptionist was excellent helped with my bags and connecting me to the wifi. The room was compact but quite adequate with everything you needed even an iron and hair dryer. Very quiet room and right in the old town center so close to shops and several take away outlets.

Nothing really the hotel exceeded my expectations and I will be returning as it is close to my place of work and very good value for money.

Very nice and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the place is second to none. Very comfortable room with three shared toilet and shower areas so one of them will always be free and they are always clean and spotless. A great hotel for a short stay. Very nice people everywhere in this village, nice enough to leave your car in the free car park with a satnav clearly on view and nobody will touch your car. Retail shopping area is just a five minute walk away as well.

It's noisy outside on the street at night. Which was a surprise

I stay here quite a lot so know what to expect. In the town so near restaurants, take a way's and pubs.

The room was cold when I went in, however, I went to reception who came in and fixed the problem - it was turned off at the socket so my fault really!!

There was a mix-up with my reservation, but the guy at reception was very professional and cordial and found me a room in a different annex. The room itself was on the small side but had everything. Including a fridge, microwave, and a fan.

Came to stay whilst visiting family. Didnt what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfortable beds. Great shower ! All working accessories which always helps !

Like the opportunity to stay later if we could have - even by an hour would of been good. I would have paid extra for the chance.

I have stayed here a few time and it has always been good. In the old town of Corby so near to shops and take a way's. Clean and tidy with every thing you need in the room.

I would have liked a couple more sachets of coffee and I am sure they would have been provided, but I did not ask!

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable.

vending machine and coffee machine should also be card operated, only taking coins minimises the customers ability to purchase. coffee machine milk tasted unusual.
