Quebecs Luxury Apartments

Loved Loved Loved the space, so relaxing why would anyone want to stay in a hotel room when you can have an entire apartment for the same money.. clean,well equipped, no noise perfect.

The £150 holding fee....I get people ruin things, steal things but this does not apply to everyone. We left the apartment as we found it. I don't agree with that. Fire alarm outside the bathroom door....no deodorant or steam otherwise this will go off and did ,very loud . This needs moving elsewhere in the apartment We could here the bottle bins being emptied at 4.30am we were 3 floors up and it was very loud.. .fortunately the bed is so comfortable that we drifted back to sleep 😴

The apartments are steps away from the train station, you have lots of places to eat, drink and shop on your doorstep. The apartment building is beautiful, the communal areas are clean and well decorated. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well decorated and the welcome basket is a nice touch. The noise from the street outside was minimal and once the aircon/fan is on- non-existent. The beds are really comfortable and the individual aircon is great for the warmer days. We sat and people watched for well over an hour. The shower room and toiletries are high end and the towels are fluffy and plentiful. Staff on the desk are polite and helpful, check in and out was swift and pleasant. All in all a very good stay.

There were a few very minor things that could be improved- cracked tiles on bathroom floor should be replaced. The ipod docking station and playstation 2 are now very outdated technology so perhaps updating them would be good. A pair of scissors in the utensils would have been useful too. These things didn't take away from our stay.

1-bed apartment split over 2 floors included open plan living room with full kitchen. The fridge was stocked with butters, jams, milk, water and canned drinks. Also liked the English muffins left by the toaster (and refreshed each day) and the jar of olive oil on the counter for cooking. Downstairs toilet and separate washing machine off the flat’s entrance hall.

Strong smell of perfume in part of the bedroom, broken curtain puller, leaky shower and the bits of dust that fell from the top of the (very high) kitchen cupboard door

Location was central to most things in Leeds. The apartment spec was fantastic - luxurious and spacious bedrooms, clean and well equipped bathrooms and beautifully appointed and comfortable living area. The supplied muffins, conserves and tea/coffee was a lovely touch and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful as well. I will certainly stay here again when in Leeds.

The only thing wrong was one of the velux blinds in the bedroom wouldn’t open but the other skylight provided so much light it didn’t really matter and didn’t detract from the lovely stay.

Right in the heart of Leeds, the apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The welcome pack and housekeeping was great and the staff could jot have been friendlier or more helpful!

Parking is expensive and a 5-10 minute walk away at a Q-Park. Quebecs will sell vouchers for discounted parking which make a big difference (£36 instead of £60 for 48 h) however, one of our vouchers didn’t work at the car park meaning we had to pay the full amount on top of the voucher. We contacted both Q-Park and Quebecs for support - Q-Park were terrible, but Quebecs were fantastic refunding the cost of the parking immediately and picking up with Q-Parks on our behalf. The Quebecs customer service was exemplary!

The size of this apartment was immense with a upstairs and downstairs toilet including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hob, full set of cutlery plates pans etc the bed was very comfortable shower very powerful. I would definitely go back there, we were in room 20 which is one of the best rooms available

It didn’t bother myself and my wife but if you struggle with mobility there are 23 steps to get to the bedroom and bathroom

Rooms, staff, location all excellent. I like the added touch of having muffins/loaf of bread waiting, with jams, butters etc and all tea/coffee making facilities there, bottled water and pop etc and a fully equipped kitchen. Beds are super comfy. Living areas are really nice and you can relax! Staff at reception were brilliant, very welcoming and friendly.

A couple of bulbs were flickering in the room however we didn't really need them there are so many light options! The only other thing was our room must have backed onto bars or bins as we were woken up by the glass bins being emptied very early on in the morning

My wife and her aunt booked for this trip and had a 2 bed apartment and said: Great location for getting to the first direct arena just a 20 min walk. The beds were very comfortable, with l’occitane toiletries provided in each of the en-suite bathrooms The apartment was very clean with the added bonus of complimentary water, milk, jam, tea, coffee, bread for an easy breakfast. Kitchen had everything you needed, there was also a washing machine! Parking isn’t available on site, but is just 10 mins walk away and you can get discounted rates by checking in with reception, currently £18 for 24 hours.

The kitchen area could do with a little TLC, but this in no way affected a very enjoyable stay.

This is actually a review for the Quebec's hotel because we were told the apartment booked wouldn't be ready and available in time and were given a great room at their associated hotel instead. I was cashed and told about this in advance, which I appreciated (but I didn't really have time to organise any attendance to what was being offered - not that I needed to, of course). It was very comfortable and well equipped and the staff at reception were superlatively excellent.

We had a great stay but probably would've preferred staying in the apartment booked so we could cook our own food.

nothing to complain about regarding the apartments initially we went to the Quebec Hotel, as we didn’t realise they were separate. The hotel receptionist was extremely rude with us to the point were she tutted at me … thankfully the receptionist at where the apartments was located around the corner had great communication skills as you’d expect was polite and really welcoming
