Euro Hotel

The room and bathrooms were super clean, the staff was really friendly, the location was great (close to some nice cafes, major train stations, easy commute to central areas, etc.), and breakfast being included made it a fantastic deal.

The sink in my room drained excruciatingly slowly, so it would fill all the way up after running it for less than a minute - though it should be noted I didn't ask for help with the problem, and they might have fixed it if I had! I didn't realize when I booked the room that the toilet and shower, though private, were in separate rooms down the hall. That was probably my fault though for not reading thoroughly enough. If I had known this I probably wouldn't have booked it, but now that I tried it and stayed there for 6 days I would totally do it again. The room was super small, maybe smaller than it looked in the photos, but it didn't start to feel cramped until day 6, and, like I said, I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was excellently located for my early morning train from St Pancras International (5 min walk to the check-in line). It's an old Georgian house (part of a terrace) so ther are narrow stair-cases and no elevator, but was ok, even with a big case! The Wifi was a little slow - could be due to my basement room. I wasn't around for breakfast (early train, but was offered a packed breakfast (I declined due to having a fair amount to carry).

Slow wifi and the cost (although it was London and at the weekend in a central location!

This hotel was so quiet, perfect nights sleep, couldn’t hear other guests, staff and room service staff were fantastic and very friendly, great value for money and the breakfast was delicious and filling! Tea and coffee facilities in the room was full and had a mini selection,the shower was a good size, Euston station / Euston underground is a 9-12 minute walk! It’s so close , there are plenty of shops and restaurants around in a 10 min walk radius,Me and my friends definitely will be staying here again and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The pillows ,bedding, blanket was very clean however the decorative throw that was on to top the bed had a few stains on (oil stains)

This hotel was lovely and clean. The staff was very helpful when we had questions about local restaurants and transportation. The location is great for walking to and from the train stations and we felt safe and comfortable walking there. We were provided a security code to open the outside door which added a level of safety. The breakfast was made to order, and we appreciated that extra touch.

We had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs which probably wouldn't be an issue unless you're 80 years old. As with most hotels in Europe there was no air conditioning. We were provided with a fan, but we still felt quite warm. Perhaps we came during an unusual heat wave.

Great location near Pancras/King's Cross, an oasis of silence in the crowded London (birds singing in the morning), close to the subway. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was good, but it's really always the English breakfast. There are other things to try (cereals and milk, fruits, and so on).

The breakfast service was fantastic. The hotel staff are very professional, friendly, and efficient. The views from my room onto the Cartwright Gardens area were lovely, and the hotel’s location is wonderful—surrounded by a lot of pubs, cafes, and shops, and easily walkable to multiple Underground stations as well as King’s Cross.

The hotel as a whole ran on the hot side, with little air flow. But I was able to resolve this in my room by leaving the window ajar. The bathrooms for the single rooms could use some renovating, but it met my expectations for how the setup was described. The bed unfortunately was not very comfortable.

Very friendly hosts. Check in and out was very efficient. Lovely and plentiful breakfast. Room clean and spacious, warm and comfy bed. Appreciated the free wifi. In a great location for travel to main attractions in London. Nice quite area which was very quiet at night. Had a great nights sleep. Would stay here again.

A few minor points to make. At breakfast time there would occasionally be one person sat at a four person table so if extra people came down to breakfast they had to wait for the table to become free. It would be better to match the number of guests in a room to the size of the table and guests have that table for the entirety of their stay. This would stop delays for people having to queue for a table. One other minor point is that the hot breakfast was brought out a little too early as we were still eating our cereals when the hot breakfast arrived.

Being able to check in 40 minutes early as we arrived earlier than expected. Very friendly reception. Overlooking tennis courts to the front even though we were on the lower ground floor and couldn't see them. Considering it's only 10 minutes from Euston Station it is a very quiet location. Good size room for 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Even though on lower ground floor to the front, there was plenty of natural daylight. Big box sash opening window. It was unexpected but while we were out our room had been refreshed, excellent service from the hotel. Beds were comfortable with sheets and blankets, comfy pillars. We slept quite well.

The view from the room was expected being on the lower ground floor (none existent) although there was work being done to the hotel and the builders rubbish was right outside our window. No smells but very unsightly, it would have been thoughtful to at least let us know about it before hand. The breakfast was well laid out with the items on offer but if you are having cereal make sure you tell the staff to not bring the hot food out while you're still eating, this was most frustrating. When l asked the staff to take it back they looked at me in a not very pleasing way. The bathroom was very small for a family room.

I was lucky to get it at a good price with breakfast included for one night. However the next day it had trebled in price so I would not have had the same rating i have given here. The rating I gave was based on 53 with separate toilet and shower. I understand prices reflect things like bank holidays and carnivals etc but to treble the price for the same room is extortionate. I know that all hotels do this so this rant isnt aimed solely at the euro hotel. I have stayed at other hotels on this crescent and the euro is one of the best here. I have to say its in a great location with lots of pubs and restaurants around and there's a great vibe around the place. I awoke to the sound of people playing tennis which was actually quite a pleasant way to wake up!

Euro Hotel is in the lovely Cartwright Gardens area, and very convenient for mainline stations. The area was surprisingly quiet at night. My room looked out over the tennis courts, and though the single room was rather small, it had all the facilities I could expect. Comfortable bed! There was a very good breakfast with staff available to help. I had a very enjoyable weekend stay.

It wasn’t a problem that bathroom facilities were along the corridor, as I knew that when I booked. However the separate private toilet was just a bit small in the middle of the night! But you get what you pay for!
