Stayed at the apartment for 3 weeks while taking a short course in London. The apartment was exactly like in the pictures. The staff were very quick to respond and the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. Overall very clean and tidy, the bathroom is new and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen area is small but just enough to prepare quick and simple meals. The area is well connected to the city center.

We couldn't open the window all the way up.

We arrived at 1 pm and the woman of the cleaning staff let us in before 3pm so we appreciated that as we didn’t want to wait 2 hours more . Regardless that there was not a reception they staying was comfortable as no one disturbed us and the check in also was easy

The first apartment they put us in was a small one on the first floor and the AC didn’t work at all. We complained and that same moment they changed us to a better apartment and also bigger. There’s was also a lot of dirty marks in the curtains which didn’t make sense as the kitchen was far away from it.

Clean and spacious rooms in a renovated house with 9 studio units. Convenient location in West Hampstead.

Noise was a problem. The windows were so old that wind was coming through, and a lot of traffic noise from the street. I would ask a room facing the garden next time, because flat 7 was facing Messina and I couldn’t sleep due to the noise.

Pretty much as described. Good clean compact room. Given the small size of the room I was actually really happy with the size of the shower. Sometimes in a room this size you get a tiny shower so that was nice.

The main (sleeping) part of the room was very small but this was more or less as expected based on the description so this is not a complaint. I think given the low (for London) price, the room was fine. As other have mentioned there was a lot of noise from the stairs from other guests because the doors are very thin. If there were other guests drinking etc I think it could be v unpleasant. Given the price I was happy with the stay.

Great location and 5 minute walk to underground. Big shower with strong water flow. Comfortable bed. A lot of closet space.

The check in instructions only came through the morning of check in. It should be considered that some of us travel from locations where we can't use our simcards in the UK. So it's problematic to only receive this the morning off. Recommend to send it the night before. A spatula is needed as well as a dish cloth. The communication could be slightly more pleasant and empathetic

Great location - comfy room with all essentials provided, kept very clean and very homely. The staff were very friendly and it was very easy to receive the instructions for the property and how to access our room.

It was difficult to fault our stay, the only negatives were the building works at the property next door which started in the morning - it can’t be helped by the accommodation. Sound does also travel, perhaps this was because our room was on the ground floor, you can hear other guests walking up stairs but it’s nothing that can’t be ignored.

Perfect! Stayed there for the night with two friends after a night out at Wembley stadium. Felt spacious, light, comfy beds, good shower, Great location! Everything we needed in the room.From the flat it was a 8 min walk to the tube station and then 4 stops away to Wembley 😁 So hot at the time so extremely pleased it had air con. Area is really nice too. Would deffinatley stay again, especially if going to another show at Wembley!! Drove from Cardiff and Parked at a car park overnight for the night, 25-30 min walk away (easy walk) and reasonable price

Fantastic offering. They have all you need. I always have late flights and the self check in takes the stress away of being delayed. They offer all the complimentary items that are handy when travelling, from slippers to coffee and soap, they provide a hairdryer, the fridge is of good quality, the mattress is good, the pillows are great, and the shower is fab. Everything is clean. They have done a very neat interior design. The location is really handy, it's less than 10min to the jubilee line. If calling a cab at 6am there are plenty around.

1. The property is located in zone 2 of London , at a reasonable distance from the tube stations ( West Hampstead & Kilburn underground stations) 2. The property is located in a residential background with a rather peaceful atmosphere. 3. There are easily accessible restaurants and cafes close to the property. 4. The fact that each of these rooms comes with a kitchen setup , makes the stay far more comfortable. 5. I didn't have any security issues during my stay ( But there is no formal security available at the property). That being said the surrounding area seems to decently safe . 6. Decent Wi-Fi at the facility.

1. The property should have been a little more well kempt for the amount of money charged. 2. The properties manager/s aren't directly available, tried unsuccessfully calling them a couple of times, they just respond to the messages on this booking.com application. 3. Since it's located in a residential setup, access to cabs/Uber/Ola is a tad bit difficult especially in emergencies, but it's close to the public transport system ( you just need to know how to use them) 4. A little overpriced for the facilities provided. 5. No 24 hours available concierge, the house keeper leaves at 5 PM ish so you're on your own after that.

Great location , close to bus station and train station was about 10 min away , restaurants were very near . The place was clean n tidy. I would stay again for sure

They could've kept some tea or coffee to go with all the milk and sugar , no one responded on the contact numbers given , i even messaged through booking .com but got no reply as I wanted to request a downstairs room. But other than that it was a pleasant experience even though pricey.
