Nice, comfortable room, not far from tubes, good location especially for tourists who decide to walk through Holland park, Kensington gardens, Hyde park till Picadilly :)

20GBP deposit. Whole Europe has PSD2 but rarely anyone takes any deposits, especially from Genius3 type of customers:)

Hotel directly next to Shepherd Bush Market Tube Station os idea for transport. Picked hotel as nearest one with a good rating near QPR football ground. Rooms small but modern and very clean. Although no reception area Staff extremely friendly and helpful and allowed takeaways in and even provided plate and cutlery for our pizza in the small reception area. It has a small bar not over priced.

Bigger rooms but they where still great value for money.

I really appreciated that the room had a proper ironing board and iron, and a proper blow dryer. All essential items, for me at least, when traveling for business. As well as a refrigerator, also necessary for me since I'm vegan and packing lunches etc. Ordered Americanos in the mornings from the front desk, also excellent. (I only wish they had some sort of shelf or something in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc. You have to put it all on the floor which is kind of annoying.) Best place I've stayed in London for many years. 20-minute walk to Olympia, so good for fairgoers. All in all, I highly recommend.

Nice and friendly staff, 24h reception, convenient location next to the tube station Sheperds Bush Market. Quiet room (you don't hear anything from the tube station if your window is closed), Lot's of restaurants en shops in the neigbourhood and the Westfield mall around the corner. 30 min. bike ride or tube into the city center.

At check-in staff made a scan of my passport (GDP/GDPR issue?). The sewer-smell-problem in the bathroom (see other reviews) wasn't fixed yet, (solution: turn on the light a few minutes before you enter and the ventilator will take the smell out). The neighbourhood isn't de cleanest, but that's not the fault of the hotel of course. The small 2-person bedroom is really small, but if you going to be in the city all-day that won't be a problem, i do recommend a room with a window, with wet clothes it becomes damp very fast.

Great location for transport links and shopping. All staff members were very friendly and polite and extremely helpful. Clean and tidy hotel.

There were three things: Although the basement room room was very comfy, the bathroom tended to smell a bit unpleasant. The WiFi wasn't brilliant and I was not able to download my films from Netflix for my flight to Cyprus and also there was no bedside light. I was not able to do my bedtime reading because it meant keeping the main light on which would have prevented me from sleeping properly.

Location was fantastic. It was right next to the tube station and amenities. The bed was really comfortable and room was nicely decorated. Even though the station was right next door, the windows kept the noise out. Proper black out curtains were a nice touch.

The hotel was having work being carried out and had a contractor drilling and making excessive noise right under our room before 8am and went on for over an hour and meant we could not have the lie in that we needed. When paying the amount of money they were charging, this isn't acceptable. We had to pay a £20 damage deposit which was a surprise especially when the toilet seat and flush were broken upon arrival. There were various light switches that did not serve any purpose. Sink was very shallow and resulted in water going over the side onto the floor. The shelf above the sink was very close and you have to be careful not to bang your head when having a wash.

The staff were amazing ,very helpful. The hotel was spotless ,a big thumbs up to the cleaning team.location was great right next to Shepherds Bush Market tube and Shepherds Bush central line an easy 10 minute walk away, along with many bus route options. Bed was very comfortable with nice crisp bedding to greet you. Air Conditioning was also an added bonus. Well maintained boutique hotel ,can highly recommend.

The double room was a bit small, although there are options to upgrade for a small fee per day if required.

Excellent location next to Shepard's Bush station, but you cannot hear it. It is walking distance from Westfield shopping centre and BBC television centre as well as opposite Shepherds Bush Market. Plenty to see and great restaurants/cafes nearby. Our room was very clean, had a comfy bed and lovely modern bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities are provided and lots of storage for clothes. It also had a mini fridge and safe. The staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Would highly recommend!

There was no onsite restaurant for breakfast/dinner, however they did inform us of a very local place we could go. There was also no natural light as the windows were covered on the outside with faux greenery, however this didn't impact our stay.

Booked this last minute for a family trip to London after reading the reviews. It did not disappoint. The location was perfect for our needs. We got the coach up to Hammersmith, the Hotel, was just 2 stops away on the tube and literally right next to the tube station. The room was a good size, the beds were really comfortable, and it had everything I could need for an overnight stay. The room and hotel were well presented, decor was tasteful, and it was very clean throughout. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered room service for a small fee and even though we didn't use it, I thought all the prices were very reasonable. We all agreed we would stay again, and we would recommend to others.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. There was no breakfast option, which might have been nice, but there were plenty of places surrounding the hotel to eat, so it wasn't really an issue.

Staff talking to each other in a foreign language when I arrived without acknowledging my presence. Unsure why photo ID is required - other hotels don’t ask for this. Wifi signal wasn’t strong, though hotel staff helped me sort this by choosing a different network. The telephone in the room didn’t work (I am sure if I had realised before the end and reported this they would have fixed it). Unfortunately, the person in the room next to me was very noisy and inconsiderate, returning at 0300, putting the TV on at volume and shouting and swearing whilst watching a match. During the day, he played loud music which made it difficult to work. Hotel staff took action immediately when I reported it. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel but it did negatively affect my experience during this stay.
