Bankside Hotel, Autograph Collection

Rooms are big enough. Nice cleanliness. We are thankful to Mohammed who sorted out all the problems with his efforts. He made our visit a comfortable one. Apart from him most of the staff were also welcoming. Hotel location is pretty close to several tube stations and far from the hassle of busy main streets. Close to attractions, cafes and supermarkets. Nice breakfast, nice sufficient gym.

We didn't like the approach of the check-in lady who has greeted us at the beginning. She treated us like we were going to stay in her place which she provided for free. Thankfully rest of the team was great. The full glass windows that can't be opened wouldn't be my first preference.

The room was clean and comfortable and the tea and coffee facilities were great. The staff was great, attentive and very nice, probably the highlightvof the hotel. The location of the hotel is good and the street is quiet so no noise during evening and night.

a constant noise and cold air coming from the ventilation even if set to low made it uncomfortable over night; the shower temperature set and impossible to be changed (never experienced that in my life, I wonder who had the idea..); pancakes at breakfast were truly horrific - buffet breakfast was very good though

Amazing locations and facilities. "Dumdu" from the breakfast service was just excellent, she really makes the difference and handle situations efficiently focusing on customers. Best in class. Apologies if name is misspelled.

- Breakfast. I don´t find adequate charging your customers for the breakfast and first thing you bring them is the "breakfast menu" outside of what you have paid. It clearly worsen the experience. What should I paid for the breakfast then? - Staff on the Kitchen give you bread with their hands - Start vacuuming the restaurant at 11:05 when you have customers still having their breakfast is something absolutely avoidable

We waited exactly until 15:00 to get a room. Our room was not ready when we come to a room. The cleaning lady had just made the third bed and we didn't feel good waiting in the room for everything to be done due small space etc. It should have been prepared in advance. In addition, the greeting card was in a different name Breakfast: I waited 30 minutes before they brought breakfast the staff apologized that the restaurant was busy. Brealfast bufet is on the basic price include drinks and coffee. They charge £5 extra for Alá carte…

The architecture, the style, the room, the common areas such as lounge, bar etc. are gorgious.

Deposit regulations and policy are too unflexible and personel at the reception are not serving the guests in first place but trying to impose an unlogical policy of the house.

Beautiful hotel, designed to perfection, every little details was thought through, great staff!

The room had view to the street, not very apoealing

Here comes the list! The welcoming and caring staff. They are genuine and treat you with a huge amount of warmth and care. They took an interest in our days and it was lovely coming back in the evenings after dinner to talk with them about it. The space is beautiful and relaxing with art and coffee table books everywhere. It's beautifully curated. The room: Big beds, comfortable, warm, modern without being cold, luxurious products. Extras: Raquel from reception left us a very thoughtful gift for myself and my best friend celebrating our 30+ years of friendship.

That I couldn't stay longer!

Amazing hotel, super nice and friendly staff. Everyone is always so attentive. Rooms are very spacious and have good facilities. The restaurant is really really.good!

Only thing I can say is that the toilet cover hides the flushing button so you have to move it every time you flush.

The hotel is quiet, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is welcoming, professional and very helpful. The Bankside location is very convenient to everything.
