The staff really make this hotel, all of them are pleasant and professional and happy to go the extra mile. It feels like a boutique hotel even though its under the Marriott chain. Breakfast is great. Decent varied menu for dinner. Great Location. Lovely terrace garden. Excellent value for money. and they have air conditioning.

The rooms are very small. They are still comfortable but its tight with a big suitcase if you don't want to unpack all your belongings. honestly for central london though its fine and doesn't negatively impact your stay because everything else is o on point.

brilliant staff from the lovely breakfast waiter & waitresses right through to the night staff, they are a credit to the hotel. Excellent location being only a short walk from Earls Court tube station, food was top quality and no request was too much

One of the ladies working on breakfast remembered us from last year! She must meet so many people over the year, it clearly matters to her, and she clearly enjoys her role. The team were all really friendly. Really clean. Great location.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room had everything we needed and the location was exceptional. We had our own air-conditioning which was great given how hot London was in July.

The bed was a little small. We knew the room would be compact but hoped the bed would be a little bigger.

The hotel is in an excellent location for the Royal Albert Hall and Natural History Museum. Literally 5 minutes from Gloucester Road tube station. Hotel is lovely with really great friendly staff.

It was a trip with friends to celebrate my 70th birthday. from the moment we arrived until the time we left, we were treated like royalty. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. Rooms were comfortable and spotless with every facility required.

Great central location to Earls Court restaurants, Hyde Park, museums and tube stations. Excellent and friendly staff who accommodated our need for a room change without hesitation.

booked for the use of rooftop space, but it was closed during our visit. wish we had known when we booked. other than that the hotel was nice, staff was really great!
