Dreamtel London Kensington

The room was as in the booking description. The staff was friendly and helped with everything I asked for. The location is great, quiet area, close to the tube. There are many cafes and also supermarkets around. The noise of the tube didn't bother me at all. The room was cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities. Yes, the room is very small, but this is also something that is written before booking. What was not comfortable was the sink, very uncomfortable to wash your face. There was some mold in the shower. Full value for money. My stay was comfortable and pleasant, many thanks to the hotel staff.

The air conditioner enters ventilation mode every ten minutes and does not return to cooling, only if restarted. The sink is uncomfortable.

Amazingly convenient location. Not even 2 minutes from Earl's Court (direct connection to Heathrow via Piccadilly Line). Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was suitable for a weekend stay, nothing per se to complain about (typical British hotel with certain age). Generally a nice area and a lot of things to see/do in walkable proximity. Enough power sockets throughout the room.

The walls of the shower could have been cleaned more properly. Be aware that the bathroom for single rooms comes by quite small.

the property looks like three houses that have been turned into a hotel. space is at a premium and the decor is dated.🥴 Short walk to underground 👍 and a pleasant walk to Museums, Albert Hall and Harrods. 👍

I thought that there was nothing really to dislike. other than the double room was very small. although they had crammed all necessary amenities. bathroom, coffee, TV and one wardrobe to hang coats. we had to live out if our suitcase’s for three days and use the ( very comfortable ) bed to use our cases. the breakfast was ok if a little expensive at £12.

I had read a few negative reviews online so wasn't sure what I was going to get, but I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival the receptionist was polite & helpful and even arranged for us to be escorted to our rooms to make sure everything was ok. Yes the rooms are small but they are completely adequate for what I had booked it for (one night in London for the BIA's). The room was clean, the water was hot & the bed was comfortable! The location to the station is fantastic, if I needed to be in that area again I would definitely rebook.

Out of the control of the hotel but building work taking place opposite the hotel so it's a little noisy in the morning.

The hotel is easy to find, on a quiet street close to a main thoroughfare, very close to the tube station. Staff were lovely - friendly, kind, helpful, polite. The room was better than I'd expected for the price. I was very grateful for an affordable, comfortable, peaceful single room in an absolutely ideal location. Plenty of hot water, decent shower. I'd definitely stay again

I wouldn't recommend to people requiring mobility aids, just because of the steps and the slow lift. That's all. The hotel was 100% ideal for me

The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help, including the cleaning staff. The rooms were a decent size and the facilities were decent. Appreciated the ironing board and the iron. The location is brilliant- close to shops and bars.

The room had been damaged a little, part of the wallpaper was badly torn and a tile on the bathroom floor was cracked. Also, the elevator wasn't working during our stay.

The location is great. You only walk 2 minutes to get to the subway. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Since the location is next to a street full of restaurants, the smell of food was very intense. But you get used to it… The first room we got was way smaller than in the pictures and it was next to the lift, so we couldnt sleep very well because we heard everyone who walked in front of the door. The neyt day I asked if we could get another room and the staff was understanding and changed our room.

the building was antique and the rooms were small and very nicely decorated. the linens were comfortable and the setting was great. there are many places to eat near by from all types of cuisines. it is very close to an underground train that has lots of connections. the staff was incredible everyone was nice and accommodating and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again! I highly recommend it. the only downside is that the rooms are a bit small but still very comfortable. I stayed in a single room with a twin bed but if you like space then get a double which has more space. spend a few nights here!

Great location, friendly staff, room refurbished. Bed very comfy. Lots of lighting and room a perfect temp Tea making equipment very good Hotel had a nice feel and felt safe and secure as a lone female guest. Nice to have a balco y even though unable to step out on it, it afforded some fresh aor Very good value for money. Would book there again

Room really tiny but didn't mind as I'm not very big... But a big person might struggle. Its technically a double bit glad I didn't have to share with another TV was not great but that didn't bother me, however if a TV is important, you would be disappointed
