Very good location, cozy rooms, comfortable bed, linens and towels of great quality, the decoration of place seemed very well thought through. really good breakfast with vegetarian alternatives. A big plus to have a pub with good food right downstairs. Very helpful staff.

Nothing that I didn’t like; rather small details that kept me from rating a full 10: 1. Shower - took a very good while to get something else than cold water (I enjoyed it but my husband wanted warmer water) 2. From an environmental point of view; I’d prefer to have dispensers with quality shower gel and hair products rather than small bottles. Too much plastic. I do get that it might feel more “luxurious” but you can find gods branded products in bigger bottles .

A very nice small hotel. Our room was quite small, but it was not a problem at all, as it was very cosy, stylish, we felt very comfortable there. There were complimentary coffee, milk in the fridge, water and beer, a nice touch. Breakfast was freshly made to order and really good. Location is great, literally few steps from the tube station, with lots of restaurants and shops just around.

The location is brilliant,Earl's Court tube station is a minute walk away.The room was cosy with lovely furnishings and facilities including a fridge,air con,kettle and a coffee machine. The room for breakfast is gorgeous and the food for breakfast was of exceptional quality with a good choice of hot food and a buffet style selection of cereal,fruit and pastries. There are plenty of shops,cafes etc nearby.The rooms are obviously above a pub but we heard no noise and had a couple of drinks in there. The staff are very professional and friendly. Will go back!

Couldn't fault it!

The location is fantastic - very close to the V&A, Natural History Museum and Holland Park. The pub served excellent breakfast and dinners. The luxury room was charming and clean and we appreciated the complimentary drinks and sweets. All staff were helpful and attentive.

The room and bathroom were a good size however no drawer space for clothing which not ideal for longer stays.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful Amazing breakfast Warm room (we had snow on the street...) and equipped with everything Location is also not to be ignored: walking distance from Notting Hill Gate & South Kensington

I would not define my stay as cheap but this is London hey :)

we travelled with a couple of large cases having flown from Australia and room was very small - with minimal storage for cases

Wow! This was one of the cutest, coziest, well-appointed rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The amenities alone exceeded my expectations; especially for such a small space. I loved it!

the room was very cold at night. the heating system was poor, and wasn’t if any heat from the vent. need to sort heating for winter.

The room was cozy and very nice and is above the pub but was very quiet. Having a lift to get bags up is a plus and the proximity to Earls Court Tube station

We were after something a little different and more personalised than the chain budget hotels. We decided to try The Bluebird, and they did not disappoint! We had a petite double room. This was a small room but felt very luxurious, and included our ensuite in a separate room within our room! All are decorated to a high standard, and the bed is so comfortable. Ideal location as more or less opposite to Earls Court Station. We were celebrating our birthdays & anniversary and received a lovely card and complimentary processo. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I'm glad to have tried The Bluebird & will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff.
