EasyHotel South Kensington

The staff was exceptional. As of this writing they are upgrading all the rooms to memory foam mattresses and they were heavenly to sleep in. When my disability required me to stay an extra day in bed, they were very accommodating at extending our stay and helping us move into a new room.

I’m not saying we didn’t like it. But I would remind travelers to consider the room sizes when you book. if you’re looking for a room with closet, desk, chair, etc., this is not that style of room. These are more like Japanese pods. if you’re looking for a room that is super clean with a comfortable bed because you’re here to see the city, not the room, then easyHotel is perfect.

The closest position to two tube stations was perfect for me as a single traveler and arriving late at night and leaving the morning after. The room isn't much big but for one night you can manage it. The shower was plenty warm and I enjoyed it. Nice welcome pack including a Cadbury chocolate bar, a pack of Doritos and Fanta was really appreciated.

There's no bedside table or anything to leave even your phone to charge but the bed was the only way to manage and leave it plugged on for the night. No air-dryer or kettle for a cup of tea. No ventilation as there's no windows but I was aware of it. Cleaning wasn't perfect as I founded long blonde platinum hairs on the shower but it could happen.

Very small room, smaller than what we expected from the photos on the website. There is no window, but we knew that when we made the order. I had to remember the game of "Tetris" so that two people could disperse in the free space left from the suitcase. Friendly staff. Good area. To the subway 5-7 minutes walk. Nearby there is a supermarket and several restaurants. Near the metro station is an excellent French cafe "Paul" with delicious pastries, where we always had breakfast.

There is no lift. Very steep stairs. And with a large suitcase, it is very difficult to climb them. There are two coat hooks in the room, but no clothes hangers, which is very inconvenient. The price is quite high for this type of hotel, but in London, all hotels are terribly expensive.

We have never felt better cared for, than in this hotel. The staff that works there is amazing, they all take great care of you and Andres at reception did everything possible for our stay be more than comfortable. Yes, the room is small and the bathroom too. But for that price of £70 per night for a couple (£35 pp) and in that spectacular location, what more can you ask for. You only get another place for the same price in a room that sleeps up to 8 people, that's not for us. My girlfriend and me are very happy to have chosen this hotel, even that we been in the 4th floor. 10 ⭐️ for the hotel and for all the staff, for their attention, cleanliness, comfort and location, thank you very much, definitely 💯% recommended, we will be back. If you are the person who likes to pay very cheap and always complain because you don’t get a luxury room in a luxury hotel, please do not visit this hotel. This is for a very good travellers who pay cheap and get very good quality of values and with very good customer service from reception. Thank you very much once again to you Andres and to all the staff at this hotel.

I was late to reserve the room with window, but it was my fault.

Quite reasonable cost, excellent secluded garden in back which should be promoted more., very friendly and competent staff. Room was excellently clean.

A bit squishy. We do understand that the room space is not changeable but half our room was the wall to wall bed which is insane and not very comfortable. A smaller bed or bunk beds and more floor space would be preferable. Andres was great! Ming & Barbara Louie

Location and convince. Sheets and pillows where very very nice actually. Duvet was incredible comfortable, so well done for that one. All it matters. Thanks!

No windows was just too much. I suppose one night is okay but more than that would have definitely affected my wellbeing. Also, I would strongly suggest to increase the acoustic insulation between rooms/pods. I got woken up by fellow costumers arriving really late to their pods next door. Not nice.

I really appreciated the kindness of the staff. The receptionist Andres welcomed us with a smile, immediately demonstrating courtesy, professionality and attenti e to the needs of the guest. The hotel is well connected to various tipe of transport to reach the city center and the main London attractions. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable! I highly recommend this place to spend a pleasant weekend in the city.

Everything was ok

Amazing location and, because we were prepared about the size of the room and the (lack of) luxurious amenities, we brought our own water kettle, cups, ear plugs etc. The latter wasn’t even necessary, it was a quiet stay, there weren’t a lot of guests. Beds were on medium/hard, but after a day of walking through the city center we both snoozed away in a matter of minutes. We had a room on the 4th floor, water pressure was good, the shower was hot and the towels big and soft. I recommend getting a cup of coffee and a baquette at Paul @Gloucester Road and eating it in Hyde Park

The room gets hot pretty quickly, we aired the room by leaving the door open for approx. half an hour. We were lucky that the door to the balcony on the 4th floor was left open sometimes by the cleaning staff.

The hotel was great and in the perfect location for sight seeing in London. The rooms were tiny but very clean but as we were only sleeping there it wasn't an issue. The shower is also tiny but it was great to have your own one in your room. Towels are provided. Staff were all great and helpful when we needed them. Although as said before the rooms were tiny there was a little garden out the back of the property with seating and a table you could go out there anytime and sit with food and drink. We will definitely use this hotel again next time we are in London. Great location to the tube for sight seeing . Plenty of pubs and restraunts near by and the supermarket was just around the corner. We really couldn't fault the place.

The outside of the property was looking a bit tired and dirty compared to others in the area but that could be addressed with a good jet wash I'm sure.

Room not included kitchen facilities coffee maker or tea. Bedroom very narrow just bed and path room I feel when I stay in the room stay in confined space or capsule my special request refused and pay extra fee for one day because off I arrived early by 8 hr bad employee person all remaining person very good.
