ibis London Shepherds Bush - Hammersmith

Liked the location, near to Central line, less than 5mins walk. The Hammersmith & Circle line was slightly further, 8mins. A lot of eateries nearby. Sainsbury local was just 1-2 mins walk, connected behind. The hotel got lift and that helps a lot because we got large luggages. The breakfast was good, reasonable for the price. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom door was a bit noisy, not sure if it was built like that. Perhaps some minor repairs would help.

Very good location. A lot of shops and restaurants are around the hotel. I am interested in the neighbouring community people's business and lives. Underground station and bus stops are very close to the hotel. Room is relatively spacious in London (I have visited London more than twenty times). Breakfast includes variety of items and very nice.

I stayed the hotel for four weeks. Basically perfect. Bath towels and toilet rolls were sometimes (three days) not provided by linen staff, but receptionists responded promptly to supply them according to my report.

superb cleaning staff, very hardworking and very kind, the room was super clean, breakfast was good(expensive), location is perfect, super well connected, circle and central underground stations very close nearby, about 20 min walk to hyde park, lots of bus connections aswell and many shops and a little mall nearby

breakfast a bit expensive for what it gives, not much choice but overall the quality was good, was just the price that was a bit high at £27 for two people per day, i would have gladly paid £20 total but 27 was maybe a bit high (again tho, quality was good)

Convenient location - near Shepherd's Bush tube & handy place to stay after a gig at Shepherd's Bush Empire. Friendly staff. Room was very clean and, as you'd expect from an IBIS, quite basic but comfortable. Surprisingly quiet room, considering the location.

The shower & loo are in a rather odd plastic lined capsule within the room - can't really describe it, maybe you'd have to see it to understand... This means that there's a step up to into the bathroom. I was OK with this & I can see how it helps with cleaning. Something to be aware of / ask about if you have limited mobility.

This budget hotel is situated on the busy 'Green', yet on a quiet corner 5 mins from Shepherds Bush tube station. Inside is pleasantly laid out, with a contemporary decor that makes good use of space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our twin was ample and designed to use every inch of space. We liked the neat shower area. Beds and bedding were so comfortable. Breakfast was varied, with some nice touches. I would recommend it and happily stay there again.

Some local lads turned up outside late and hung around until the early hours, talking loudly. We had the option of closing the window and using the air con, so not the fault of the hotel.

It's my go-to hotel in London. The location is great, right next to a metro stop of the central line. There is a huge Westfield shopping mall with restaurants and shops very close. The rooms in Ibis hotels are usually pretty clean and mattress are comfortable enough. I like that they use wood floor in the rooms because it is easier to clean than random carpets. Usually, good price for what you get (except if high price due to the hotel being heavyly booked)

Outside of the huge shopping mall, the neighborhood is not the nicest. It's a Ibis, which means all rooms are the same everywhere. So if you want originality, this is not for you

Very friendly and helpful staff. The housekeepers were around all day long cleaning. Convinient location close to public transportation (tube just around the corner) and city center. We stay quite often in Ibis hotels. They suit us as they are of a good stadard and reasonable deal. This one wasn't exception. The area is very busy. I knew what to expect, I used to live close by but be prepare for the very London experience. Windows are quite soundproof though.

The breakfast area can get little overcrowded but they make it up with a decent coffee:)

Very clean and comfortable. We had a trip to go to Bush Hall for a concert and it is in a great location for that with a 10 minutes walk straight to the venue. It is also very close to Shepherd’s Bush train station. Access to the building at any time is with the room key which is nice and convenient. The staff we spoke to, who appear to be always available at the front desk, are very nice and friendly.

The TV is small with just basic channels. There is a Tea maker but no fridge or microwave which would be nice.

this is such a convenient location for coming into london from south west . There is a car park attached to hotel. stay & park here & use public transport to get around london . Room is basic but v clean & soooo quiet .. windows really blcok out all teh london noise amazingly . westfields shopping centre is opposite, so laods of food & shopping choices on door step

i dont like the bathroom but thats personal choice & it perfectly adequate for a short stay

no power / usb things beside the beds, I like to have my phone beside me, for alarms snd in case anything goes wrong or just watching tv etc —— beds were comfy but almost too thin for single beds we felt, hash browns were dry at breakfast so we didn’t feel like we had our money’s worth there. [ Accessibility thoughts: if the step up to the bathroom had a small ramp, and in the shower i was thrilled to see it was flat, was v spacious but could have a small handle. ] Finally to have some larger towels for the room. but it was an EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE nights sleep thank you, will definitely stay again
