Adria Hotel

Staff was phenomenal. Location was great - 4 minute walk to underground. Lots of good food options within 5 minute walk. Hotel had a few stairs but easily managed. Very convenient for both access to Heathrow and downtown via the tube. I would definitely stay here again. Value for the money was above average.

No elevator. No A/C. It was hot during the day in July but we were not in the room. They provided a small fan and we opened the windows at night and it cooled the room sufficiently although a larger fan would have helped. No breakfast although there was a breakfast room. Breakfast was stopped during Covid.

First of all, staff was so, so kind. We were so blessed to come here because we had just come from a stressful situation of losing one of our luggages at the airport (they didn't even load it on the place!!) Anyway, I'm so sorry I forgot her name but staff at front desk was so helpful and empathetic. She briefed us on what had been going on with the airline, gave us tips on what we should do to get our luggage quickly, and genuinely empathized with us. Just the definition of hospitality, and more. She was so, so sweet! We got to our room, which was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The location was very close to the nearest tram station, so it was comfortable to get to the city and back. Our host was very kind and helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs. It was such an amazing stay! There was no free breakfast but they provided some free snacks and coffee, and I think tea as well.

There is no elevator, so I might not come here with heavy luggage or with my parents. Otherwise no complaints!

We booked for two nights, for a family trip to London, quite late on: the hotel had some availability and previous reviews were positive. We too were very happy with our choice. It is well located, just a few minutes' walk from Hammersmith Underground and shops, and an easy stroll down to the Thames for riverside walks. Although it is by a main road, it is set back and we weren't affected by noise; and the area is pleasant and feels safe. The room was a good size, the bathroom was fine and there was sufficient storage space. It felt clean and tidy (and it was cleaned and re-stocked for the second day). Friendly reception staff and a good ambience: we thought it was a really good find.

All was fine. The small room safe had been left locked so we couldn't have used it (but didn't want to) and our belongings were safe in the room.

Location is great. Close to many lines of London tube. Restaurants are abundant in the area. Hotel owner was very responsive and helpful. Daily cleaning is very good and made the bed nice and clean. Room size is decent in Europe standard.

Being a small hotel (home converted), room size is small. There is only one chair. The hotel does not have any common room and dining area for guest to use. So eating in is quite challenging. There is absolutely no other facility available outside of your room.

In a really lovely quiet location with great transport links, although it being in Hammersmith there’s still already a lot to do in the area without even needing to hop on the tube. Staff were really lovely on both check in and check out and made everything very simple and easy (plus I was upgraded from a single to a double ensuite at no extra cost - not sure why but thank you!).

This could just be personal preference but the mattress and pillows were a bit hard even when swapping to the softer ones. Definitely not a dealbreaker though as I slept like a log! I found the room quite cold after a shower as well so I think a bit of instruction on how to operate the thermostat would also be helpful as I think I did it right but wasn’t entirely sure if the room was heating up slowly or I didn’t do something right.

Reception staff were great. Very welcoming. Free WiFi. Great tube links. Great access to shops and cafes and restaurants. Take snacks, water etc. Abundance of tea, coffee and milk by kettle. Fridge in room too. Quiet area, no sirens etc at night. Hotel was busy yet we heard very little noise.

Very hot in London and despite window and fan provided, it was hot in the room. But I think that would have true in any hotel room.

Loved the friendly helpful reception. Ana was superb. The sheets were amazing, basic but excellent room agree the stairs are very steep but no issue for us as only had hand luggage. Bathroom spotless, better than some 5 star hotels we've visited. Loads of towels.

TV reception not good but used bbc I played which was fine. Rooms aren't massive but cleanliness and friendly staff made up for that. Walls aren't sound proof but given we went to bed at two am and were exhausted the rooms location was quiet from traffic and we had a fab night's sleep. Love the PIR lighting that saves energy. Only very minor issue was room was a little cold but manageable.

The room was clean and the staff was super helpful with luggage, calling taxis and assisting me out to them as needed.

Nothing that can be really fixed. It's an older building with very narrow stairs and 5 floors. It was quite the challenge just getting a carry-on up the stairs. There was no getting the larger luggage up to the 4th floor where I was. Thankfully they had a luggage hold but it was a little inconvenient to have to ask them for it when I needed something. I'm not sure if a lift can be installed but if it's a possibility, looking into one would make this place.

Came on a 4 day holiday trip with my sisters and my cousin. We stayed in the family room. Very, very good room. Clean, comfortable, spacious. The staff is very friendly and the check-in and check-out were both very easy. The hotel is located near the Hammersmith Underground station. There are 4 line on that station which is perfect if you are visiting, these lines take you directly to all the famous attractions in London. We were very happy with Adria Hotel.

For those who want a breakfast at the hotel, they are not currently serving any. But there is a fridge in the room and many groceries shop at a 5 min walk.

Perfect no frills quaint hotel. 2 minutes from tube station to heathrow or onwards to downtown. The owner could not be nicer. Let us stay extra 1.5 hours graciously. Area full of shopping options and excellent food. Room immaculate if small with comfortable shower and coffee machine. If you are looking for a room on a budget needed mainly as station for sleep and starting point for sightseeing was just great.

Not much. There is no elevator but the owner helped us up with the bags.
