How accessible the property was once we paid for our stay. We were instantly prompted with instructions that gave us the time to search for. The location is 5 minutes down the road from Hammersmith Station and is pocketed in a quiet part of the town. There is a pub located across the road, but even then you can barely hear the outside noise. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Windows were big and had good blinds. Kitchen had plenty of utencils and fridge space.

Communication was excellent. the location is great with easy access to trains and tube just a 5 minute walk away. A real plus having the outdoor seating area with a pleasant garden surrounding it. Although on a fairly busy road it was remarkably quiet. Having a large Tesco’s, also an easy 5 minute walk away also another great plus.

- The room is spacious - well equipped with cooking utensils - room cleaning provided every day - a small balcony available with a table and a chair - the water pressure at shower is good - towel rack was in higher temperature that can dry the towel ( although a bit hot if being touched ) - just a 5-minute walk from Hammersmith station, some restaurants near the station open til 3am

- no air conditioning in the room, you need to open the balcony door/window to let fresh air in - there are five steps of stairs at the entrance; there are two steps in front of the elevator at the entrance level. You need to carry your luggage through those stairs in order to get in the elevator. Some floors may have some stairs in the midway to your room after go out from elevator. Not suitable for disabled people who cannot climb even 1 step. - you can easily hear noises from corridor in your room, it may affect your sleep if you have no ear plugs - the water at the shower has some light strange smell (i would describe it as a smell of yogurt) - the staff will wash towel with the washing machine at 4th floor at night, which may occupy one of the two washing machines provided.

Everything! Very clean. Staff extremely nice. Good location. So nice to have a kitchenette, which I felt was well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Fun furnishings and decor. Even the little things like the huge towels, the pillows and duvet was excellent. Wifi is great. There is a lift in property if you have heavy bags. Before staying I read reviews about how it can get hot inside the room and that there is no AC / fans, BUT there were two fans provided which I felt cooled the room well. Also heater for if you are staying in cooler months.

The only thing was that the room is smaller than the pictures but I think almost every accomodation in London is like this! I did not mind never the less.

Good studio accommodation near Hammersmith station; like having the kitchen for an extended work stay so I don't have to eat out every night. Very comfortable and well stocked / designed room, with a little garden out back and near a few nice restaurants. Pick up the door code from reception a few doors down - would be easier if they just emailed them to you, but no big deal. Would stay again.

The room is spacious staff, clean! house keeping definitely work hard and you can tell so thank you very much. There was a young lady called Layla at the property she helped so much! we were lost and I kept calling confused out of my mind and she took the time out of her day to ease my worry and guided me and my partner to the property while on the phone! she was bubbly, understanding and very professional! thank you so much for helping us Layla! will definitely be back in July!

my girlfriend had a shower at night, after she turned the shower off the shower still dripped it’s not a major problem but it was only annoying when we noticed haha.

- I liked the interior design of the room - the wifi worked fine - the room was very well equipped with the most necessary supplies

- there was a VERY strong air fragrance diffuser in the room when I came, and I disliked the scent a lot - didn't manage to get rid of it until the end of my visit (not a good idea of the hotel, it made my stay less pleasant! - it would be advisable to use some subtler scents, and probably not in the form of an electric diffuser) - due to some renovation works it was rather noisy, and I hadn't been informed about it earlier

Location, staff, upgraded room, they were very good. We enjoyed our stay without much problem. Upgraded room was was big and had many services. When we could not have dinner after big events, we were able to make our own dinner in the middle of the night because of kitchen. Thank you.

There were limitation of hot water and I could not get warm water after some time. I could not shower the next day.

Quiet location in a residential road with a small shop and a few restaurants. Piccadilly, circle and city lines less than 10 minutes away Spacious room, comfortable bed. Parking in street, if needed

Some struggles with WiFi Kitchen can have more essentials (salt, oil,...)

Location was excellent. Close to tube station. Room was as in the photos on the website. Place was clean. Nice courtyard to sit outside in. Staff were available on check in to given me the code.

All rooms have a code to use to get into the room. Easy to. use but it beeps which means it is a little irritating hearing other guests going into their room. Small issue though in the scheme of things.
