Always very welcoming and straight-forward

The shower rooms are too cramped and warm. There’s barely space to dry yourself

It was a cute place with nice staff members day in and out. The bar itself was very lovely and nice to be in the bedrooms were spacious enough for the amount of people. The location is good BCS of the close undergrounds and stations, shops and activities. Overall quite the good hostel.

It's very noisy at night BCS of the crossing that the hostel is located at. If it is hot outside, the room will be 2 times as hot BCS of the lack of ventilation.( the windows can't open completely). If u have a lot of luggage, the stairs r a pain to do. The beds themselves were mediocre BCS it has these cheapish thin mattress. But compaired to other beds I had it was more then oke. For the rest it was oke.

Access to the station, friendliness of staff and facilities available. Even though initially there was some sort of pipe problem the management sorted us out (there were a couple of us waiting) with a drink and were very friendly. I’ve actually stayed here before and I was in the bigger dorm. Absolutely worth it for a stay in London given the price.

Bunkbeds were a little bit difficult to climb into and it would be better if there was the option to select a top bunk. I have a bad back/knees and trying to manoeuvre myself in without disturbing anyone was hard.

The location couldn't be better! Directly in front of Hammersmith Station in a busy and hip neighborhood of London with plenty of food options nearby. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was really good for just a few pounds, and the seats have their private TV.

If you arrive with a suitcase, make sure you indicate that you don't want to stay in the upper flowers, as there doesn't seem to be a lift. In the lower floors, you'll hear the hubbub of the party people in the club downstairs, but this didn't bother me.

Loved the downstairs bar with free welcome drink. They had a live singer on the first night as well. Good WiFi connection, cheerful decor in hallways and individual charging points and lights for each bunk. Only one shower for the second floor as far as I could see but it was clean and tidy. Friendly staff and respectful guests, always a bonus. Ideal location literally on top of Hammersmith station. Shame there is a 7 night limit per 6 months but understand the reasoning.

No privacy curtains on bunks

my 2nd stay, staff kindly moved me from top bunk to floor level on 2nd night when it became available as they remembered I can’t climb ladders due to spine conditions. Tea and coffee making facilities and microwave on 1st floor landing, great focal point to socialise with other residents. above lovely bar with great music. All staff and security staff friendly and helpful.

nowhere to store clothes/toiletries in shower areas, need hooks and chairs. coffee not replenished for last morning (I need 2 cups to start the day!), in dorm 304 windows hardly open so airing the room was impossible. Foldaway chairs and a sink on 1st floor landing would make use of facilities far easier than perching on the stairs.

30m from tube. . very clean n quiet on 3rd floor Bar draws alot locals n travellers. Great. Billy @ reception n others made check in easy and comfortable but Hammersmith is right here and variety to see. eat n walk within 200m of hostel. Very secure on site an one of best hostels in London I've stayed. Probably stayed at 6.hostels

No elevator but we can all.do with more exercise. 4 floors nothing else. Pretty sweet stay

Staff were lovely and approachable, they were chatty rather than deadbeat and actually enjoyed being there meeting people. Great range of facilities! Amazing menu and events scene!

Not a negative but more of a neutral note: perhaps ask newcomers if they’d like a padlock and towel before they get up the stairs and verbally upsell the menu - I didn’t look at the menu until the last day but I wish I’d looked as it’s exceptional!

The staff were sooo friendly and welcoming. All staff were very informative and helpful. The facilities were very clean and fresh. I will definitely recommend St Christophers Hammersmith to anyone who wants cleanliness, helpful staff and value for money! Best regards, Mark Lawrence- 0743 500 9795.
