We had everything we needed in our room from cooking facilities to shampoo. The heater worked well. In terms of customer service, the staff were great and attended to all our needs. Lyall Apartment Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Hither Green station which connects you to Central London. This was perfect for us as we traveled almost every day. There was a convenience store that had pretty much everything right beside the hotel and a cafe as well. This was added value to our stay. Tesco Express was a very short walk away too. Overall, absolutely loved our stay and will be back soon when we are around :))

travelled as a family of five (myself , wife and three daughters - two of which teenagers) , we had the two bed apartment, it was clean, spacious and far better than being in a hotel room for much higher price in the centre of London. Linen provided as was tea towels for kitchen - they left us a bottle of water , which was a nice touch. Hither Green train station is short walk away and within 10 mins we were at London Bridge station. Car park space by shop next door - nice and safe. Shop (had the basics needed) next door and restaurant other next door, Dominoes two doors down as was also a chicken / chips shop. would definitely recommend

Perfect location in London when you come by car so do we, Hither Green - London bridge stations / Southeastern rail only 15 minutes by train, that is great. Whole appartment was perfectly equipped include full and well furnished kitchen. Reception and staff perfect communication and helpfull - we were very satisfied and we come again next time when we will be in London! Thanks very much for service :-) .PS : some special addin bonus local british cat - fantastic , a pic you can see!

Only bed mattress would be harder for our backs

The apartment was clean and modern with pretty much everything you need. The neighborhood has also been very quiet and felt safe. I also appreciated fairly close proximity of the train station that goes directly to the city center. On top of that the owner was welcoming and helpful but not bothersome at the same time. Overall it's an excellent value for the money.

The spare bed (sleeper sofa from Ikea) was not very comfortable. Probably good enough for kids but not for adults. I'd suggest replacing that with something more sturdy. That's the only reason for 9 stars out of 10.

Is a hotel with few apartments. Clean and nice. The manager explain as everything we must know about the area and how to spend the time in our favor. We decide to park the car at hotel and walk to train station 5 min. There with the train is another 20 min to big Ben center of London. Is much comfortable then driving and search parking in middle of town. Next to Lyall, is a very nice restaurant with various food, not very expensive.

I had booked a family suite with bunk beds for our boys. It was a ground floor room. When we got there, we were checked into a room that was not as described. It was upstairs without terrace as stated in our booking. It did however have a double bed and two singles. it was extremely hot with no fan. It has been particularly hot in the UK, however. There wasn’t really an explanation as to why we didn’t get the room we had chosen with bunk beds our boys had been looking forward to sleeping in, but our room had been given to someone else. It would have been good to know in advance the room wasn’t as stated.

Great value for money. Lovely apartment with a full kitchen, something very convenient when somebody travels with a baby. It is a hotel so there was daily cleaning.

We could use a highchair for our baby. Better matresses are needed. The towels are changed every three days. Nice and calm neighbourhood, acces to london bridge in +- 30 minutes but next time we would prefer beeing a little closer to the center.

Our host Azeem (I hope I spelt your name correctly) was fantastic & welcoming. Azeem showed us through his accommodation which was clean & modern with convenience stores very close by. Azeem also runs a quality restaurant next to Lyall Apartment Hotel. The food & service was exceptional. Thank you Azeem to you & your team.

My room was quiet,had a comfortable bed & great shower with good water pressure & plenty of hot water. I liked the shelf in the shower for my toiletries & the cupboard over the basin for other toiletries & make up. There was a decent sized wardrobe & a chest of drawers in the bedroom. It was nice to have a little terrace off the sitting area, although it would be put to better use in summer.

No bedside lamp, so you have to get out of bed to switch on the light.

good location near a train station with trains going to central London in 10 minutes. Outside seating area. Tesco Express nearby. Well equipped kitchen.

Rooms quite small, outside seating area shared with other rooms (visually divided by wooden screens). We were four so two slept in living room on unfolding sofa which had to be folded so we could eat inside, but for two people this apartment is quite OK.
