NOX Edgware Road

Great location, just a few mins walk from Edgeware Road station, and lots of shops along the street in case you've forgotten anything. Nice clean and modern interiors - coming from the busy hot street into the stylish reception area with marble floors, LED lights and aircon was lovely! The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean, with a big TV, amazing shower, good kitchen facilities, and cosy bed. In the kitchenette they provided a couple sets of cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, a chopping board and knife, kettle, toaster, saucepan and frying pan, so I was able to cook anything I needed. You can control the temperature with a panel on the wall. The curtains were thick so blocked out light in the morning, and I couldn't hear any noise from the busy road outside despite being on the 2nd floor.

The entrance was a little hard to find - the location on Maps pointed to the hotel building behind a row of shops, but the actual entrance is further down the street (next to Reem Jewellery), which wasn't mentioned by the hotel. I would've liked a sponge and dish soap in the kitchenette for cleaning my dishes, and a covered bin for food waste. There were also a few details missed in the room, like dust on the reading lights and skirting boards, and no hand soap in the bathroom. However these were really minor issues and I still really enjoyed the stay.

Brilliant new hotel! Amazing location near Edgware Rd station, rooms decorated very nicely with all that we needed. Will definitely be coming back!

Updated hotel and very clean. Polite staff. Nice technology at the room.

Weird location. It's expensive looking the neighborhood. Also they can save your bags while it's time to check-in but can't give you the room earlier as a courtesy even if it's available. Very small room and small bed. I'm 6'2 and have to have my head to the wall and my foot was still out of the mattress.

This hotel was a mind blowing experience. After seeing all the shops and the other apartments on that strip, i would Have never expected to a hotel to be smacked into all of that. Upon entry, i was Impressed by the cleanliness and tge coolness of the hotel. Great hotel and great service. The only thing i wouod Reccomend is that you all extend check out time until at least 12. Also provide wash cloths in addition to the towels, bath Mat and hand towels.

Great location near Central London. I think it was located in a mostly Arab/Kurdish neighbourhood with a lot of exotic food shops and bazaars in the area. It is a bus or tubes ride away from most popular destinations. Great housekeeping and cleanliness. Great facilities, including lift, shower, hot water, a kitchenette with sink, running water, water filtering, sink, cooking hob, essential kitchen utensils, dinnerware for two, TV, air conditioning, lighting, electricity sockets, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster... The bed was OK. There's tea and coffee capsules every day.

The view out the window wasn't the most pleasing. It was a construction site, but it was OK. Also, it's not a complaint, but I would love it if the toilet had a bidet.

The room is quite small but looks good, everything is modern. The air conditioning and the heating worked well. Also the staff was very friendly and they cleaned the room daily. If you come from Europe, mind buying a socket adaptor, they have a few but all of them were taken. It is close to the subway and there are a lot of places to eat in the area. After the check out you can leave your luggage at the hotel for free if you want to stay a couple more hours in the city. They charged us 50 pounds at the check in, but they returned it back in the same day the check out was.

If the people in the upper or lower room are cooking it will smell in your room as well. I would have liked the rooms to be bigger. Also the towels are not the cleanest.

Superb little hotel secreted away behind shops on the Edgeware Road. Once you enter its a massive surprise to find such a smart, clean and well appointed hotel in amongst the hustle and bustle outside. Quiet and modern inside with very well appointed rooms which had everything you need for a few nights stay including iron hairdryer kettle and cooking facilities hob microwave fridge etc neatly tucked away behind what at first glance we thought was a wardrobe. Very clever use of space. Lovely comfy bed. Underground station is conviniently only a 5-8 minute walk from the hotel. TBF we couldn't fault it and would happily stay again.

Nothing you just need to keep your eyes open to spot the sign above the entrance door which is situated between two shops.

Size and room with kitchenette. This allows for flexibility with meals. The towels, sheets, mattress were very nice and clean. The laptop safe is great idea. Housekeeping is also good. Water pressure is great with consistent hot water. Location is top. Place is right in front of the bus stop to major destinations in the centre. Nearby is an Aldi and good family run restaurants. The room is a fabulous chic escape from outside! Most of all the staff is great. Friendly and goes out of your way to help even if you've checked out. They've assisted me looking for my lost passport, allowed me to stay while waiting for my 6am departure time and you can leave luggage there. The people are what makes this place ten stars - Victor, and the ladies and two gentlemen. All were fantastic.

The room was small but everything was new, modern and clean. The large smart TV is a plus. It is about 5-7min from two metro stations, so well located.

One male receptionist was really rude - he left us outside at the door (in the rain), ringing the bell/interphone, until I eventually had to call the hotel on the phone number. He picked up the phone and he said that I just needed to push the door! He was there just watching us and did not help or said anything on the interphone. Any other person would have walked to the door or used the interphone itself to just communicate “please push the door open”. When we got inside, he had an attitude as if it was all obvious and we were dumb. The other female receptionist was ok, but neither of them much friendly.
