The Location of the hotel was central for what I had planned in doing. To attend the Notting Hill Carnival the area was very safe and the staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and supportive and provided excellent customer service. Service with smile .

I love the art decor in all the areas/bedrooms the background music and the marshall Bluetooth provides attention to detail with some personal touch. The room was well-presentable. The toiletries are amazing, plenty of good quality shampoo, shower gel body lotion and very soft and luxurious towels. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay 1000% Special Thank you to all the staff for the above and beyond to enable our stay a very pleasurable occasion. Oliver, you are great you served us breakfast and chatted with us and my Island girl from St Lucia was glad to meet the next Islander (sorry I forgot your name)Great job to you all , you created a good atmosphere and good attitude.

What was very nice, that not only was a crib provider for our daughter but also a little present and her own vanity kit with kids friendly washing products. That was super nice. We love the location "Notting Hill" and "Kensington", therefore the hotel is set perfectly. We will definitely consider it next time we come to London. Reception staff is kind, patient and helpful. Further, big fan of the hotel´s design overall.

two things I would like to mention - the breakfast is slightly overpriced. Good but overpriced, even for London. Secondly, the service in the restaurant needs improvement. As someone who finished an apprenticeship in Hospitality Service, plus a degree in hospitality management I do not that working as waiter is a tough job. But waiting 20 minutes to get the menus when there is only 3 tables, and to forget the one drink order (a bottle of still water), sorry that is not professional and just laziness. I would definitely book another stay in the hotel but not have breakfast or any other meal again.

Gorgeous and centrally located boutique hotel in Notting Hill. Rooms are spacious, VERY comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Clear attention to detail in the room design. I also love the in-room decor using the Penguin Classics books - such a fun design choice. Hotel is off a quiet street, literal steps away from the tube station and Portobello Road. Food and drink are excellent and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in London!

Nothing comes to mind - this was an excellent stay.

Room is soooo nice, furnishings were lovely and the bathroom is so cute! I had an incredible sleep each night. There's a handy little mini bar in the fridge so no need to call room service for your drinks! Room service was very prompt, very polite, there's just a cool trendy vibe all round the establishment. Also it's on the doorstep of Notting Hill Gate (Central Line).

You do have to take a train to see most of London's more interesting sights. However for the hotel itself, the only thing I would have liked the room to have was a kettle with complimentary tea bags, I thought it was a bit weird that there wasn't one. Also, the room I was in had a staircase separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, so if you have mobility issues please be aware of this.

Was traveling solo and the single room was tiny but very cute. felt larger due to the fact the bathroom was on the mezzanine level. Great location close to the tube. easy walk to markets and shops.

Bathroom was very small with no shower cubicle, just a curtain around a shower nozzle. This resulted in the entire bathroom floor covered with water.

Gorgeous aesthetic. Clean, welcoming hotel with super friendly and attentive staff. They made the stay even more luxurious thanks to their helpfulness. Rooms can be on the smaller side and AC can be a bit of a hit or miss BUT the staff made every effort to make us comfortable. Loved that it's a hotel alternative - cozier and the location can't be beat. 1 second from the metro line.

We got a room that's on the smaller side. There's a massive mini bar but who even spends that much time in a room anymore so felt like we could have had more space if they got rid of that (but not my specialty to design hotel rooms). We just wanted slight bit more space. Our friends had a bigger room and that looked divine.

Nice little hotel with relatively spacious rooms (compared to London standards) with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Location very close to Notting Hill Gate station (Central + Circle/District lines) and bus stops.

Room beds located close to corridor (can hear people passing by). No complementary water bottles. No gym at the hotel (can provide access to a commercial gym 800m away, which is not the same as it is quite busy and set up for regulars).

I adored this hotel, and I loved its convenient location in Notting Hill, which I think is one of the most charming and walkable neighborhoods in London. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife within an easy walk (plus the Tube stop and the Portobello Market is right around the corner!) yet the hotel is located on a relatively quiet street, which feels nice, peaceful and safe. I loved their breakfast on the terrace, and they had so many thoughtful details and amenities in my room, including an extra phone charger cord in case you forgot yours (I did!). The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, and the whole hotel felt new, clean, stylish, and special. I would certainly stay here again!

One thing to keep in mind, some of the single rooms are located in the basement. I didn't mind being in the basement because it was extra quiet/dark and conducive to deep sleep, but if you are looking for a room with a view make sure you book accordingly.

Beautiful hotel in Notting Hill. The room was beautifully decorated, the bad, pillows, linens - all perfectly comfortable. I loved the "a la carte" breakfast served in the morning, great [real!] coffee from barista. The staff at the reception was super professional, friendly and beyond helpful.

I am afraid the kitchen staff are in the turbulent period like in many other places. All in all food was good, but there were some nuances that need more attention: the warmth of the food when it served, something was off with guacamole as well :) Those are really minors though and very common to the industry post-covid.

Location was wonderful - felt tucked away yet minutes away from transportation and all we needed. We loved the ambience and decor in the hotel and rooms. Staff were personable and restaurant, drinks were a nice touch!

No outlet for hair dryer in our bathroom (basement level) made it difficult to get ready. Lighting in bathroom could have been better.
