The Westbridge Hotel Stratford

Great breakfast, 8 min walk from Stratford station, terrific spacious bathroom with hair dryer, comfortable bed with reading lights! Good wifi!

Some of the lights were out and did not work. They should keep the patio available after 11pm (so a guest could unlock the door and then lock it again behind them); having to smoke on the street at 3am in that area, then wait to be let in felt dangerous and most of all, unnecessary...

The staff was fantastic. Very professional while being super friendly. Everyone made you feel like they actually enjoyed making you comfortable and happy. The courtyard was super nice, a relaxing gathering place to either meet fellow travelers or just enjoy alone time. We were told the restaurant was basically breakfast only, but as a bonus they brought in a pizza machine/oven one night and had a menu from a nearby restaurant that delivered excellent meals served on the hotel's dishes. So it didn't feel like take away food, but fine dining.

I have nothing to add here. Didn't like the 5 or 6 stairs we had to climb with our luggage to get to the lift - but the staff jumped to our rescue and carried our stuff. So, cannot complain about the stairs.

The staff were very helpful throughout our stay helping us with our luggage and giving us travelling advise when we were leaving. The room was very modern with blue tooth lighting and aircon with additional controls through the TV. There was a good sized shower, ample bed, small kitchen area and a writing desk. Downstairs there was an outside area where you could have a drink in the sunshine.

The only thing that could have been improved was the room temperature. it was quite warm in the room even at night and the aircon did not seem to make much of a difference. A small fan in the room would be a bonus in the summer,.

The hotel was lovely, nice decor, our rooms were very comfortable. Shower was hot, plenty of towels, tea & coffee facilities. The staff were friendly & helpful, we ordered a pizza when we got back on the saturday evening, it was very nice, hot, & only took around 10 mins delivered to your room. Nothing was to much trouble, a nice touch was being able to borrow umbrella's, the weather on the saturday evening was very wet, & an unmbrella is not the first thing I think to pack. Although the hotel is not to close to Westfield shopping centre, it is only a 5 minute taxi ride

The only down side, was our room was so hot, we could not get the air con to work, there was a small fan on the dressing table. A few more milks & creams for the tea & coffee might be good, especially if you like more than one cup first thing in the morning, also ut might be good if not cleaning the room but perhaps replenish the tea/coffe/milks & exchange cups for clean ones.

What a great hotel! So friendly staff, ready to help anytime. A day before I've just asked for luggage storage because we were coming to Stratford midday. And where we turned up we find that our room is ready for early check-in without even asking for it! The room itself was very clean and comfortable. There was everything what we need: big TV, kettle, fridge, tea, coffe, wardrobe etc. Clean bathroom with large shower and nice shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. And what's most important the price was really great. We'll be back for sure.

Nothing much really. Maybe just room was bit to warm, and restorant was open just for breakfasts. But not big issue.

Staff super friendly. Libby kindly allowed us into our rooms several hours ahead of check in as they happened to be ready. As the first person you meet when you arrive, she’s a breath of fresh air and immediately makes you feel so welcome and at home. Breakfast AMAZING!!!! Great shower, fluffy towels, bathroom pristine, comfy bed and excellent room facilities such as the complimentary water, tea/coffee/biscuits, robes, good hairdryer and iron. Nespresso machine a very nice touch. Generally, there’s a very nice, homely atmosphere in this hotel.

Dead plants and weeds in pots outside room window. Gave a neglected impression.

The staff were fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. The location for the ABBA Voyage couldn't have been better/closer. The balcony and view was lovely, especially at night. Plenty of places to eat nearby, close to the shopping centre, we had food delivered to the hotel reception after our ABBA Voyage. It was my Mum's birthday so they put complimentary balloons on her bed. Lots of power outlets and lighting options.

There was no inside lock or chain on the door. We stayed on the 4th floor, very hot and humid including the corridors (We kept the balcony doors open all night - there was air con in the rooms if needed). Deluxe double rooms are small but this is stated in the description, however the balcony size makes up for the room size. One of our rooms didn't have hand soap, slippers or a shower cap as stated - however if I had asked I'm sure this would have been provided (rooms could have been cleaner, guessing staff were rushed as lacking in these attention to details). Parked in Buzz Bingo £25 for 24hrs.

The property was within walking distance to public transportation, the Westfield City shopping mall, restaurants, and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The hotel and the hotel room were kept clean, the patio was cozy, and the the staff were friendly, professional, and so helpful. I did not get to indulge in the breakfast because I never made it downstairs in time, but it always smelled good.

I found my room to be a little warmer than I wished it to be. The staff did try to help, but it did still feel a bit warm.

Stratford High Street DLR Stn is 100 Metres away and only 2 stops from Stratford International. 12 Minute flat and easy walk to ABBA Concert. Booking in was very pleasant and efficient. Superbly clean hotel. Extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent save for sausages. (Only minus on breakfast) but cereals, fruit, yogurt, croissants, toast and cooked English all excellent. Staff happy to give us plates and crockery to have a takeaway on first night.

Nothing bad at all. I was in Suite 8 which is 3rd floor with no lift so not for those with mobility problems but the other half of the hotel was a new building with a lift so just ensure you tell them and you’ll be fine. No soap dish or shelf in the shower but we’re getting really picky if that’s all I can think of.

We stayed in a junior suite and the room was fantastic, great decor and quiet room even though on streetside. Bathroom was on the small side however, nice Rituals products provided. Unfortunately, there was a leak of some sort which made the carpet next to one of the sides of the bed soaking wet. Didn't affect the stay that much once you knew not to stand there. The bged and the linen were of great quality and very comfortable.

The breakfast unfortunately was not good. The quality of the produce and the cooking of it was not up to the standard of this type of hotel and defiitely not worth the price charged.
