Really friendly and welcoming staff. Good communications to arrange parking space. The room and communal spaces were clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good quality.

Feels,looks, smells like a new hotel! Very reasonably priced, stayed at a single room which had everything you wanted and was very clean! Breakfast is complimentary and is a hot breakfast and cereals. Comfortable beds and WiFi worked everywhere! 10 min walk to Forest Gate and 20 min walk to Stratford. What more can you ask? Would definitely stay again

The hotel was clean, tidy, quiet and easily accessible. Friendly staff on checkin and checkout Price of stay was very reasonable and to have a full english, cereals, juice and tea/coffee free for breakfast was an added bonus. Great free wifi

No desk in room to work at - I could however of used the reception seating area Aircon unit low on wall a little noisey - being picky!!

It was convenient to bus to train station, but it's a little far to city center. It was great value, and staff was super helpful. And, breakfast was very good.

I wish it was a little closer to the city center, it was a little commuting, but very easy to figure out the transport system.

Loved my stay at Hotel DC and would definitely stay again. Short 15 min walk to Stratford station but we paid for parking (tight spaces but very secure). The staff were very friendly, polite, and chatty. Asked how we were everytime we went to the lobby. Breakfast was free and made the price a good value for money. Do wish the serving tongs were separated as the vegetarian options had obviously been mixed with tongs that had touched the meat options. The eggs and hashbrowns need to be in a separate area really. Loved the free orange cordial that we could top our bottles up with at any time. Very clean rooms and comfy beds, free wifi and tv. We were in the basement room so little sunlight, would've preferred to be higher up. Overall, loved my stay. Quiet street but slightly rough area as you get closer to Stratford station. The hotel makes it better though! Fantastic value for money. 9/10!

Please put the vegetarian breakfast options separate from the meat options as serving tongs had been mixed up.

The reception and the cleaning sfaff were very nice. The rooms were always clean. The hotel is in a decent location either 15 min. Walk or a few bus stops away from Stratford shops and stations. The price of the stay was way lower compared to a few hotels around.

The coffee machine in the lobby broke 3 days into our stay so we could only get black coffee. The wifi in the room was slow and the tv didn't work at all 1 evening because of this. Breakfast did not have any fresh fruit or vegetables.

Cozzy and affordable hotel in London

I think you can improve the breakfast a little bit and add a small table in the rooms to allow people work with their computers.

Nice smaller hotel with pleasant receptionists. The room was nice, cozy and even more spacious than expected, bed very comfortable and bathroom clean. Breakfast was average but still tasty. Location might be a trouble for someone since it is a bit further from the center but you can reach the city center pretty quickly thanks to new Elizabeth line (Forest gate station is about 10-15 minutes of walking from the hotel). Overall very pleasant experience for a reasonable price, would stay here again.

Walls are extremely thin so you can hear people from other room complaining about hearing you complaining about hearing them. :) In the room there is just few hangers but no closet or shelfs to store your things.

We loved this place!! Price was good comparing others in London ..so much more expensive. But this hotel has good location, easy for metro, bus to Stratford station which is main to go somewhere in london. I want to praise this hotel staffs everyone who worked for our stays, morning, night shift staffs. Very kind, helpful! Pay attention to customer needs. Breakfast was excellent, unlimited coffee and water,lemon water.. staff who cooked inside for breakfast he was doing great, kept checking food and cook fresh sausage, potato and supply. .all we enjoyed made our tired trip to be relaxed here. Rooms clean!

Nothing about it.

I liked how I was able to have an extra guest stay over for under mitigating circumstances under no cost. The rooms were a good size, very clean. Room service was offered. The lounge was lovely with unlimited drinks and refreshments. The staff seemed very nice. Lots of shops nearby and McDonald’s is an 11 min walk from the hotel which was very convenient. The TV was great, and was able to log into my Netflix account.

The toast was mouldy when we ate breakfast. I didn’t like how breakfast was very early in the morning and how checkout is also very early in the morning… I feel as though we didn’t have enough time to get ready and eat breakfast and checkout all at the same time. It would have been better if checkout time was later. The AC wasn’t working very well… but didn’t seem to be much of an issue as we coped..
