Considering the late hour of our reservation as we weren't expecting to stay at a hotel, we were delighted with what we found at PR Hotel. We believe the welcome we received could hardly be better: everyone was very nice! The cleansing was performed on a daily basis and that amazed us yet we could le the bags opened in the room and they weren't touched: 100% trustful! Nevertheless we didn't book the stay with breakfast, we had free coffee and tea, and also fruits. And a daily smile at the reception from whoever was there. And not being in the London centre, we could be there in 45'. London is no that small... Thank you very much for everything, our wedding anniversary was very nice also thanks to you guys!

Extremely well managed, small, hotel with very friendly owners and employees. A clean room (nr. 6), outside the hotel, complete with big flat screen tv, good wifi, nice shower, comfortable bed with enough pillows, free coffee, hairdryer, and ironing facilities. In the hotel nice tables to enjoy a lovely English breakfast (without bacon) served by two pleasant ladies. Free water and fruit.

All fine, helpful, clean and helpful, no complaints whatsoever. The location is quiet, buses in front of hotel to go metro, to canary wharf and to the city of London.

I was late arriving but check-in was friendly and fast. Instructions on room arrangements and breakfast were clear. The room was warm and cosy on arrival. Bed comfy! TV set up and ready to go so the room was easy to relax in. The bathroom was substantial for the size of the hotel room, with a large rainforest shower. Tea and coffee facilities in the room was useful. And staff were welcoming throughout, available at reception 24-hours. Breakfast involved a cooked fry-up with optional cereal, fruit juice and tea/coffee. Service was fast! Location was a 15-20 walk from ExCeL/tube/DLR nearby. Easy to stick to the main road between the hotel/station and only make one change of direction on route. And the complimentary fruit available during my stay was a lovely touch also!

There are various grocers and off-licences nearby but mostly closed by time I arrived late on a Wednesday. Some takeaway spots. There are not a lot of options for food/drinks in general. Not a massive issue but something to be aware of.

Upon arrival the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. I was shown the freebie fruit in reception and helped with my bag to the lift. The room was clean and the bed very comfy, plugs near the bed always a bonus! I was there 4 nights in the end and there was lots of space to unpack. The bathroom had a light up mirror which was a great touch, and had plenty of loo roll and soap. No issue with the temperature of shower.

If I HAD to nitpick, I think the showerhead could do with replacing but it was perfectly fine.

The location and free parking was the best thing of the property. so so close to Excel centre and perfect id come back here again just for that. we got upgraded to inside hotel not annex and staff were amazing and so helpful. they let me park my car in front of the hotel and kept an eye on it. overall it was a great experience for us just rooms were dated and felt bit compact but it was fine for 2 days.

Rooms need bit of updating, bedroom carpets could do with a professional clean and airing each room out between guests

Lovely staff very attentive, lovely clean room exactly what you need when in London. Location is fab for connections into central London.

When coming back to the hotel on the evening we felt abit uncomfortable walking down from station it felt like a few men were watching us and started to follow, could of been totatlly innocent just felt abit odd. Hotel seems abit loud on the night, could hear people in corridors knocking on doors and talking etc. That's obviously not the hotels fault but it did disturb our sleep. Bed base was very creeky.

The staff was very helpful, accommodating, polite and welcoming. Not been to a hotel that had such a personal and nothing too much trouble touch, it was lovely. We had complementary snacks and breakfast which was not expected, as much bottled water as we wanted and was able to accommodate the wine we took in their fridge. It was spotlessly clean. We wasn't expecting it to be so relaxed and welcoming especially in London. This hotel offers something special compared to the big hotel chains. We was also very impressed that we could park free and it all fell into a fantastic experience as we could just walk to the excel centre. Absolutely took the stress out of it all. Overall such a positive experience. Well recommended. Thankyou to the staff for such a lovely stay, will definitely be using again, fantastic value for money.

Room had a private balcony to get fresh air Location and access was great, nice spot to park car and supermarket, laundry, bus stop right in front. Lot of options to choose from different cuisines and available until late night. Drop your vehicle and take a trip to the city centre without any hassles.

Room had carpeted floors which retains some dust, their cleaning services are great but carpets leave some clutter on the feet if you don't use a proper in-house slippers.

Staff - very friendly, one of the front desk staff called us to ask what time we would be arriving and he helped us with our luggage. Breakfast - very good. Enjoyed the English breakfast Facilities - big and very clean room, we were given an extra fan because the weather was too hot. There is secure parking facility which is a plus for me. And we were allowed to leave our car so we could attend an event in Cn London even after we have checked out.

The shower in the bathroom...the water pressure was very low.

I was offered complementary breakfast even though it wasn't originally part of my package. I thought that was really nice. The location, too, was very accessible to the train station. Made my commute very easy.

Well, the room was small. Not the regular sized room I am used to. No wardrobe or fridge. But it's not a unique situation for a 3-star hotel in London.
