Epsilon Hotel

Good hotel. Clean. Good location. Staff were polite and friendly. Good price. We went by train rather than pay the £17 overnight parking. Didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Just a bit noisy from street noise when you have a room overlooking the main road.

Clean and warm room. Plenty of towels and good shower facility. Priti on reception on was very helpful - helped me with an iron and with all my queries. I didn't use the bar but that was useful knowing you could get a drink and snacks if needed.

The TV didn't work - picture was like watching through a smashed TV screen. The couple that took over in the morning presented them as indifferent. They may be didn't want to talk - too busy with their own conversation - but should really be asking if everything was ok...hope you slept well etc. The price of parking quoted for the night was a bit too much... I parked elsewhere but it meant I had to leave way too early to avoid a parking penalty.

What more can you asked for a very reasonable and affordable stay with friendly and very helpful staffs. They were so great from our check in until check out. No hassle at all and would love to go back again in the future if we will stay in London. They clean your room everyday and the lady in charge is excellent in her job. We couldn’t fault any at all. Very pleased and kids love their stay.

The lift wasn’t working at the time but that didn’t put us off at all. Only a minor thing but overall very pleased with our stay.

The room was spotless and very clean, and the bed beautifully made each day and tea and coffees replenished. The bed was very comfortable and room was well lit and airy. I found it easy to find my way around Stratford and the reception staff answered several of my queries. The hotel had a small bar and tv in the foyer that look very pleasant although I personally didn't use it.

My only compliant would be the shower was very hot and I was unable to adjust this. The noise when you turned on the light in the bathroom was bearable except when I could hear everyone else's bathroom noise?? I was kept awake by two coughing neighbours, but I am a light sleeper and it does take a while to adjust to a new environment.

Location was great for our trip to see Abba at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park - walking distance. The family room we were in for 3 of us was great as the windows opened and we also had fans in the room. Coffee/tea available so that was nice too and the shower was also good. 2 wardrobe hanging spaces but enough for 3 of us staying for the weekend. Towel change offered on our 1st morning and the cleaning staff were very helpful with our supplies. Room very clean.

Lift was out of order but nevertheless the friendly staff gave us a hand with our luggage up to/from the bedroom so all was good. Toilet seat was broken (just wobbly) but have told the staff to fix this (Room 110).

Everything was quite good. From the entire staff we met during our stay. The room was quite big and we fit very comfortably in it. We were 3 adults and 1 baby. And there lots of space for her to crawl around in. The elevator wasnt working, but the staff so kind and helpful and always offered to bring things down or up. Had a bit of an issue with the room being abit cold but that was fixed instantaneously. I cant even complain about that. Like it was fixed and had no issues whatsoever after that. I had the most wonderful stay with them. Highly highly reccomend to stay here during your visit. Great location, great price, personell are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spaciois and clean. We didnt opt for Breakfast..so i dont know about that. But i needed to heat some food and etc for my baby and they were very helpful and accommodating with that, at pretty much any hour of the day. I did read quite some bad reviews after i had booked. As overall it had great reviews, but the recent ones werent that good. So i was a bit anxious, about what to expect once there. But this was literally above all expectations. Lovely in all ways. Dont steer away due to the bad reviews, theyre not true at all. Wouldnt have believed it if i hadnt witnessed it myself. Highly reccomend staying here for a wonderful stay. Thanks againg for everything.

Really good location only a 5/10 minute walk to centre of Stratford, we stayed here to see a concert at london stadium and it was ideal. Rooms were clean and tidy, we had a family room so it was spacious, with tea and coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly, check in was quick and easy. We didn’t use it but there was a little bar in the hotel.

The hotel is pretty basic but it is good for the price. No air con but there was a fan. The lift was broken so not the best if you can’t do stairs.

Exceeded all expectations, Thought it would be your run of the mill budget hotel. Pleasantly pleased. The decor is fresh and modern, lovely little bar in reception area. Staff all friendly and accommodating. I paid extra for late checkout. Lovely breakfast area( I didn't have breakfast as was in London get dental work, but will when I visit again). The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Beautiful towels and bed linen. The bed was very very comfortable. Room had nice dressing table and mirror. Tea and coffee facilities. Adequate space for hanging clothes. A fan built in the room, ideal with the warm weather coming, Hairdryer in room and TV. 100% will return. Close to Westfield shopping centre and lots of restaurants

Nothing, for the money you are getting a real bargain,
