The room was lovely spacious clean and comfortable breakfast was very good

We decided to have our evening meal in the restaurant after reading good reviews but it was the wrong choice it was very quite so there was no atmosphere we looked at the menu on line b4 hand but then the things weren’t on the menu the waitress was very cocky and then brought us the wrong dish we weren’t very happy spoilt our evening I take a lot of time doing my research to make sure it’s the right restaurant but I got it wrong this time and we wished we had eaten else where the men waiters were all fine

Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Moved from 1st room as it was rather warm & couldn't cool it down. Rooms were well appointed, clean & comfortable. Excellent, high powered shower. Breakfast was very tasty & cooked to ordered. Popular venue with a really nice atmosphere. Parking was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel, which given the central location, was really good. Also, the charges were very reasonable. Just downloaded the app & paid for the length of our stay in one go.

Air conditioning might have helped. Some issues regarding the restaurant toilets but the staff were on to it & hoped to have them resolved in short order.

There was live music on Friday night, provided by a really good band and there was a good atmosphere in the pub. The pub is located in the middle of the High St., with lots of shops, cafes etc nearby. We reported a faulty light bulb in the bathroom and it was replaced immediately. Plenty of hot water was provided through a powerful shower-head.

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay extra for breakfast. I thought that was unnecessary. I realise that savings have to be made but I thought that was petty considering how much we had aleady paid. The band on Friday night was really good, but they were loud. I don't know how much this may have affected other guests. I wouldn't know if this was normal for a Friday evening.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and it was not a problem checking in early (as our room had been cleaned already). The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. The finishing touches like Bramble Toiletries and a nesspresso machine in the room made it feel that bit more special. The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the middle of the high street, with all the bars/restaurants/shops surrounding us and a very short walk to the river!

The room was lovely, well furnished and stylish with everything you need. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The staff were friendly on arrival and checkout. The hotel itself is large and really nicely decorated. The location was perfect - parking a few mins walk away and right on the high street so easy to get to everything.

The downside to being on the High Street and in a room on the front is the noise from the cars etc. If we stayed again we'd ask for a room at the back. It didn't deter from our stay though. The room was quite light as there just curtains, no blind.

Public bar was very busy with non residents so difficult to find a space to use it Dinner was typical UK pub chain standard, but Marlow seems to be made up of either modern shopping mall restaurant chains, or a few incredibly expensive restaurants Bedroom only had hanging space for approx' 6 items and no cupboards etc so ok for a weekend but not for a longer stay

We stayed in room Number 1 which was the King room and found it very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and the pub has a very nice atmosphere. We had breakfast the next morning which was very nice opting for a slightly lighter breakfast as we were still full from going out the following night. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband loved the bed but i found it to soft for my liking but that was it.

We were told breakfast was until 11 am which we had paid for but when we got down at 10.40 am we were told we had missed it so then had to go and buy something elsewhere. Which was my only small frustration but overall we had a lovely stay !

Very comfortable good sized room and bathroom. Both well laid out with tea and coffee and bathroom products provided. Check in & out very straightforward. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Well priced, good quality breakfast options. Centrally located and car park just round the corner. There's quite a bit of choice in Marlow, but can't see for a 1 night stay you need to look any further than here for price/facilities combination.

Great location and a lovely room. The staff were very friendly.

No hot water. Check if they have live music on if you want an early night. My bed was directly above the band. I initially went to my room after being out for dinner with friends. The music was so loud that it was like the band were in the room. I got around the issue by going downstairs for a pint and watching the band until 11 pm.
