Very large room with chairs and table. Clean and warm (quite chilly outside). Breakfast was good and service was very good. Easy parking, lovely view over the park (it will be better too, when the trees are in leaf). New carpet. Separate bath (with powerful hand shower) and shower.

Decor was a little dull and room could do with better overall lighting. Walk-in shower quite small and low power. Tea and coffee (no coffee) tray hidden in a bedside table. Had to ask after searching the room (we had driven for four hours to get there).

The location was great for us as we were travelling by train and it was very near the station. The hotel has a terrace and a lovely garden and even in late September we were able to spend short periods outside. It is also set back from the road which reduces the traffic noise. The room was large and the bed huge, and both were very comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

We felt the breakfast menu to be unnecessarily complicated and if you wanted to change you had to fill in a new menu every day. The only cereal choice was muesli - I would have liked cornflakes sometimes. There was no buffet, it was all brought to the table at the same time, so that your toast or croissant was cold by the time you'd finished your cereal. The menu for the evening meal was limited and never changed. My husband had duck one evening which was very tough and over-salted.

The staff were very nice and helpful; breakfast was delicious and in a bright room; room and bathroom were fairly large; great location to walk many places; entire property seemed very clean; front garden area with seating was very nice since the weather was nice at the time.

This is supposed to be a small boutique hotel, which it is not decorated as such; my room wasn't even on their site; the door had to be shoved to open over carpet; shower stall very narrow; two different bases under the bed; lacking decor for being boutique

Ambiance flowed in this hotel, small but elegant and a very personable staff that made us relax immediately. The hotel's interior is richly colored and was furnished tastefully. The outdoor patio outside the hotel entrance was inviting and offered umbrella tabled seating, which continued into the lovely flowered garden next to it. Dining outside was great and the menu offered a nice variety of delicious meals. The bar was stocked nicely with a generous bartender. The breakfast was superb at the bay windowed dining room. Close by is a huge park and the city center with shopping. The room was a bit smaller than expected but the beds were comfortable and the room had a large window facing the front of the property.

The TV monitor was smaller than expected and could be larger. The window needed to have a retractable shade instead of the one big curtain panel. Ideal if it had an AC unit instead of a fan as the room tended to be hot in August.

The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious (as was the hotel) and with lovely huge, soft towels. The breakfast was excellent and with plenty of choice and of good quality 👌 Location was perfect (for us) as we wanted to catch the train which was less than a 5 minute walk. Would we stay again - 💯 yes!!

Without being overly picky there was nothing we didn't like.

An excellent spacious room with an enormous bathroom and a great bed, set in a beautiful surrounding with views over the park. Breakfast, bar and restaurants are layed out well. The staff were friendly and wonderful. After I booked I had a question. When I messaged the hotel they instantly came back to me. One of the things I really liked was that you can have a quiet drink in the evening downstairs from the bar. We stayed for 4 nights so were able to make this our solid base while we were visiting family and touring the Scottish Highlands.

If I have to be really picky, on the first evening there was a small gathering downstairs (maybe Christmas party). That was loud. However, all went quiet by 11pm so did not affect our sleep. I felt the hotel is taking all its guests in consideration, so no big disco until the early hours :)

The breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked with extra toast if wanted. I had the full English, my husband had the croissant and jam option. Tea came in a pot and refills were available. We had one dinner there with family which included young children. We had to eat in the outside gazebo, but it was heated. We were able to have the informal menu which included fish and chips, macaroni cheese, pizza and beef burgers, all of which appealed to the children. Our room was comfortable, with a small en suite containing a shower not a bath, which was fine for us. It had adequate wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. There was a TV and two armchairs which were quite comfortable. There wasn't a lift but we had only one flight of stairs to climb, so no problem. Due to Covid restrictions guests had to tidy their own rooms and make the beds. The hotel was in a good position , right next to a little park with a children's playground and within easy reach of restaurants. We walked to a Pizza Express one evening to join the family. There are lots of places of interest to visit in the area - we had one day on the beach at St. Andrews and visited the underground war tunnels, whilst another day we went to Scone Palace. My husband and son played golf at St. Andrews. All in all an enjoyable few days, just wish we could have stayed longer.

I was quite satisfied with everything.

Staff were lovely and super helpful with providing useful recommendations for our stay. The continental breakfast was tasty and very filling, good value!

Only downside to our stay was the property isn’t very soundproof. You can hear creaks and people walking to their rooms as well as people in rooms above or below so got woken up a few times from the sound.

I didn't have any breakfast and I didn't want to explore the bar so I can't comment but I was close to town, quiet . Lovely bathroom with great shower and accessible too . Tv had more than BBC and I was impressed . Super reasonable price and definitely one of the best Perth hotels .

Carpets in the hall upstairs beginning to look Tired and it's not a contemporary hotel it's tweed and tartan decor . Rooms are much nicer than entry way suggests

We arrived quite late and called ahead to let someone know. We spoke to Alex who was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the start. He helped direct us to the car park and check in and out the next morning and was an absolute pleasure to meet - a credit to your team. We'd booked a small double room which was anything but! The bathroom was big too with a fantastic shower. The facilities throughout were ideal. Couldn't have asked for more for the money we paid.

We went elsewhere for breakfast as it was quite pricey at the hotel which was a shame, but found a lovely cafe a few minutes away.
