The room was described as "The Snug" and to our surprise the room was extremely spacious and not a small room. There was a thick pile carpet and a large king bed. Shower pressure was good and all taps & toilets worked well. We had a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. There was a parking space in front of the room. The room was in the centre of Seahouses with the main shops and restaurants just over the road ...... super handy! We would stay here again. The room is sold as "room only", which suited our needs.

The owners have a coffee shop in the town and therefore they could offer a breakfast at this location as part of the package. If I was staying for a week, I would probably want a small fridge but we had no need as we were just an over-night stay. The view is the main road, again not a problem for one night but could be an issue if you wanted something more scenic.

Property was truly perfectly situated in the town … close to Main Street and amenities. Car park is large and very accessible. We stayed in Craster room which had everything we needed room was plenty big enough for 2 of us. Room was only accessible via stairs but not an issue for us. Information in guest book was really helpful for our time in sea-houses and surrounding area. Very clean and tidy !! Thank you to staff who were very informative before we checked in to make sure we how rooms worked regarding self checkin.

Metal stairs were a little steep I’m clumsy so would hate to navigate them in wet weather but it’s not a large issue overall we loved location and facilities and for price will be back again !

We couldn’t find it at first it was a little misleading, but when we did we was pleasantly surprised it was nice & spacious, and it had all the amenities you needed for a few days stay. Great eating places and easy to walk to also nice to park infront of the room. Would definitely go back to stay 👍🏽

I didn’t like the fact it didn’t have any windows to let a bit of fresh air in, it had air con but managed for a few days.

It was comfortable and clean.

We could not turn the volume on the telly down with the remote control, we had to get up and do it by touch on the screen. We were also disappointed that the heating was on only during a short time at night and it was off during the morning meaning we would get out of bed in a cold room. We had to use the electric heater provided and wait for the room to warm up before we could actually properly get out of bed. Otherwise it was great x

Central location, free car parking, decent breakfast, very clean rooms and friendly staff.

The positives outlweigh the negatives really. It is a bit tired looking in places but ok. We stayed in the snug, a large double set to the side of the main hotel. It had been an old post office and it did feel like we were sleeping in a shop! It was very clean, modern and a big comfy bed. We could park outside the front door which was handy. The only downside was that you couldn't open a window and the air freshener smell, although not unpleasant, was a bit strong when you first walk in

We stayed in the Snug, which was in a separate building, but right next to the main hotel. The room was perfect, with a nice shower, a big and comfy bed and a flat screen Smart TV. The wifi signal was good too. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to Bamburgh and boat trips to Farne and Holy Island. The hotel restaurant also served up a lovely evening meal and cooked breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely visit again!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property, but a couple of small improvements would be to fix the blinds so that they closed fully, top up the tea/biscuits before guests arrive (only enough milk for one cup of tea each and we fought over the single biscuit provided 🤣) and we also didn’t get what we pre ordered for breakfast, but the staff were great at rectifying this once we pointed it out.

After travelling to a few places, i booked this as we wanted to stay in Seahouses . We opened the door and said wow. The room was great, and so clean and comfortable. We wanted to stay another night but it was booked. What a gem of a find, loved every minute of it, and would highly recommend . Close to town and some lovely places to eat.

There was nothing we didnt like

Room was bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable. TV was good size. Shower was clean and delivered plenty of hot water. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was offered at a good time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy-going atmosphere to the place.

Nothing much to fault. Perhaps more information on local area in the room. Coffee/tea dispenser was filled up on second day but no milk added - these are small details and did not detract in any way.

Location very good, close to all Seahouses amenities. Room a little tight but with all facilities needed. Enjoyed our stay, found beds comfy and room temperature good. Very clean throughout.

Metal open staircase a bit of a problem for our dog. Closed tread always better for dogs as they can take fright with open stairs! Otherwise, we enjoyed nice quiet stay.

Plenty of room for the wheelchair. The choice was really good for breakfast. The staff were prompt and very friendly. No rush and very relaxed atmosphere.

The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been another fold down hand bar in the toilet as our son struggled with yours been too far apart for him. Also the ceiling was been repaired at the time of visit but didn’t spoil our stay just the look.
