A good central location in Snaith with good adjacent parking. The room was well appointed but modest in size. The bed was comfortable but there was little wardrobe space in the bedroom. The pub itself was warm, welcoming, spacious and the local Best Bitter was a definite 10/10. The food was basic pub fayre and fine for that, but no more. Breakfast was cooked. We were not offered any cereals/fruit option.

There were no specific dislikes. We were advised the proprietors had only very recently taken over the Brewers and there was a feeling there was the potential for them to up their game in the way they present themselves to customers and deliver the offer. Compared to some of the alternative options the price seemed a little full for what you got.

Keith and Claire were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. It was our wedding anniversary and our daughters birthday, we gave our daughter the bigger room, Keith and Claire upgraded our room as they had availability, absolutely lovely gesture. They interacted with us throughout our stay making us feel like friends. Our daughter wanted her nose pierced and Claire recommended a place in York to us. Food portions were more than generous and value for money. If you want the best pint of birra morreti you have had in your life this is the place to be.

location was perfect for our needs food was excellent,atmosphere of pub and resto contrasted with the calm of rooms.

for our particular visit I cannot see how it could have been better, apart from one thing. My wife has mobility issues which would have been eased by a lift from ground floor to rooms. This did not really affect our stay, but would have pretty much given The Brewer's Arms a perfect score.

The property was well decorated and easy access at the side so you didn’t have to go through the pub.

the bed was very old and creaky which kept us awake at night. Also only 1 pillow each. the location was a pain too, no taxi at all in the area so we had to drive to the venue and my husband didn’t drink.

would be useful to have a description on booking.com that this is not really a hotel but a pub with rooms - the absence of a reception that’s open overnight means it’s not possible to arrive after closing time - not a problem but would be good to know in advance.

I booked a room at this hotel for my daughter and son in law for tgeir wedfing night as their wedding reception was near by x the staff put tgem I the bridal suite as a lovely gesture at no extra cost xx they absolutely loved everything about the room and hotel and definitely would recomnend xx thank you for making their wedding night special xxxx

The public house itself is really inviting , cosy , clean & really lovely seating areas . Bar service excellent &friendly. Rooms were in keeping with the pub slightly old fashioned but modern touches .Breakfast freshly prepared . An excellent English .

No faults at all .

A warm welcome, a lovely atmosphere and fabulous hospitality . We ate here every day and the food was very good, generous portions and everything was home made.

the ease of being able to come and go at anytime. we we’re given a key for after hours. lovely and quiet room even over a pub on a Friday and Saturday night. good breakfast. good parking. room filled our every need.

Had a really enjoyable stay but was disappointed with the food we had in the pub.it was listed as fine dining but was far from it.we booked the breakfast with the room and that was very good
