We were really pleased with this B&B for our 2 night stay. eg The breakfast was excellent in variety of options and quality of ingredients. The B&B is stylishly decorated and upmarket for a B&B; you can tell that the owners really care it. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The room had all sorts of little extras that really make it stand out, eg fluffy bathrobes and slippers, etc. The place was very quiet. The location is very close to the centre, eg only ~100 metres from Lord Street. All in all, all aspects were positive and very happy to stay there again should we return to Southport.

The B&B was great with nothing to dislike.

The warm and friendly welcome by the hosts Cleo and Leigh, they made our stay so lovely and gladly helped with any queries. The hotel is ideal to stay with everything close by, the hosts are very knowledgeable and helped us with directions. The breakfast was very good and lots of choices with added supplement for something a bit different to have. Beautiful place to stay, very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend a stay at The Bay Tree House and would gladly return back for a longer stay.

The stay at the Bay Tree House was perfect and no problem at all. Couldn't have asked for better hosts and glad we stayed here.

The Bay Tree was centrally located in the heart of Southport with close proximity to the promenade. Cleo made me feel welcome on arrival and Leigh made a wonderful breakfast and to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they went the extra mile. My room was very spacious and the power shower was lovely with complimentary products and my room was kept clean and towels replenished when needed. I had to leave early because of my train home and was provided with a pot of tea, cereal and toast before I left which was half an hour before the time allocated to other guests. I didn't ask for a full breakfast at the risk of being cheeky but assume they would have accommodated this request. Would love to stay at the Bay House again in the future. Michelle from Wigan

The hotel was amazing, the host was very friendly welcoming, our room was very comfortable,clean, and had everything we needed and more, it was in the centre close to all bars and other facilities. The breakfast was 10 out of 10, and the staff couldn't do enough for you, never stayed in a place so welcoming as this before, would we stay again yes always ready to book my next stay.

There wasn't anything at all we didn't like.

Stylish, comfortable and impeccably clean. Excellent English breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs. The bedroom had a good number of sockets plus a full ironing board and good iron. Lovely bathroom and a choice of refreshments in the bedroom.

It did not bother me but given the historic nature of the building it would not be suitable for disabled people.

Room was perfect, wanted a bath and got one. Nice touches in thevroom including mini fridge, toiletries and bath robe. Leigh and Cleo both very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfasts. First visit to Southport but will be back and more than happy to stay at Bay Tree House.

Tight parking at BTH, made me a little nervous.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything I needed was available. Location good. The hosts Cleo and Leigh were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They provided an exceptional breakfast with lots of choice.

Maybe a net curtain as the window only had curtains which I didn’t always want to draw when it was still light.

When we arrived.we.was an hour early.This was not an issue. We were able to book into our room .Room was a good size,clean, airy and smelt nice.Bath Room quite big.staff could not be more helpful. Always on hand

The rain,This was obviously not the fault of the bnb but just the weather. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bay Tree House, Southport. Cleo and Leigh were excellent hosts and very friendly. Our room was perfect for us, the bed was very comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. There is a small fridge with mini bar which was so useful. The breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked and delicious. We loved the location as it is in a quiet area but close to Lord Street and to the pier.

Lovely B&B stayed there for 3 nights amazing hosts Chleo & Leigh couldn't do enough for you. The room was absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean with everything you needed from toiletries and a mini bar fridge with wine also teas, coffees, hot chocolate biscuits, chocolate and fresh milk in the fridge amazing value for the price of your stay. Chleo was so lovely she even borrowed me a beach mat for the day and always asked if I needed anything. The breakfast menu has so much choice from full English to Eggs benedict, smoked salmon, Porridge with whisky syrup and my favourite fresh pancakes with bananas, blueberries and ice cream. Absolutely loved my stay and will be staying again soon with my little grandaughter FABULOUS PLACE!!!
