Spacious room with comfy beds bath is great, rooms itself is very modern better looking then majority of the areas hotels is slightly more on the expensive side per night but was close to what I needed. Breakfast was lovely and quick which was included in the price as you have to travel everywhere else by car

The hot water was boiling like a kettle even though we had it on cold and two of the plug sockets didn't work so we unplugged everything, also a pet hate if you put a do not disturb sign up I don't expect to come back from breakfast and have a cleaner making my bed and having my room door wide open .. I do this so that people don't invade the room I'm calling home for 2 nights

Outwell is a picturesque Norfolk Village with nice waterways running through the center. We cycled to the hotel, and the roads about it were surprisingly quiet. The hotel is very nice, and faces the waterway. It has lots of parking, and they let us charge our electric bikes in one of their meeting rooms overnight, including our cargo bike. We had a dog with us, and the staff were very friendly towards him. The weather was very sunny, so we had our dinner and breakfast outside in their Restaurant Garden, which is quiet. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes are generous. The staff were helpful with everything. I just hope that I can plan another family cycle holiday in this area so that we can come back.

On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming which was really nice. Location was good for us as we had a meeting nearby. We had our evening meal here which was delicious, you also get a good choice for breakfast too, I went for the full English which was really nice and good value for the money.

Staff friendly and helpful, with prompt service. Very good breakfast, freshly cooked and served to the table. Good car parking. Very clean hotel and room.

Bed was smaller than expected (4'6" instead of 5'), and not very comfortable - too hard for us, although it might suit other people. I was disappointed not to have a fridge or Sky TV in the room.

it was a lovely friendly hotel very clean,comfortable and cosy set in a lovely area of Wisbech, all the rooms are on one level and very spacious as was the bar and restaurant. the property has automatic doors which is ideal for wheelchair users and buggy’s. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The garden outside was also very nice, clean and tidy. I would highly recommend staying here.

honestly there was nothing I could say that I didn’t like about this hotel

Loved the rooms, nice and comfortable, plenty of space. bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Staff were freindly and helpful. Also nice tea and coffee - and hot chocolate! Real bonus. There was an excellent selection on the breakfast menu and the tea was real leaves in a proper teapot. Gets a big thumbs up from me!

If you book a family room, make sure you add the childrens names! I only added the parents names for a family room and the childrens beds were not made up.

This is a lovely little hotel with a great restaurant. Make sure you have dinner there as the food is exceptional. It's located in Outwell, a picturesque village about 15mins drive from Wisbech. Easy to find, right beside the road that goes along the riverbank. The staff are lovely, very helpful and always seem to be smiling. Rooms are modern and very clean. Free Wi-Fi (you will need it as mobile reception is sketchy), free parking, free toiletries and the beds are super comfy, too.

Lovely little gem of a hotel. Stayed one night whilst working in the region. Hotel manager arranged parking for my large vehicle whilst i was working on the day after my stay. Room was very well appointed, clean and quiet.

I was a little disappointed that there were no food options available on the Sunday night, but I'm also realistic that business is tough for hospitality businesses post pandemic, and that it's not cost effective for hotels to have restaurants open 7 days a week. Not a big deal for me.

Returning guest so knew I was coming to a lovely place. Quiet location, lots of secure parking space, a warm welcome back from friendly and attentive staff. Cosy and well equipped rooms, very good food, and the big thing for those travelling for work, early breakfast (from 7 o clock). Not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for, and you can soon spend a tenner driving miles to a cheaper place, then being disappointed. Highly recommended, a lovely hotel that does everything the way it should be done - wonderful.

Breakfast was excellent but I thought it a bit expensive £21, sort of evening meal prices.

Attention to detail. Hotel info pack was in a black folder, left in a black wardrobe, I nearly didn't find it. Bathroom extractor fan was switched off. Bulb blown in bedside lamp. Sink didn't hold water, made shaving awkward and led to wasting water.
