Me and my wife have used lots of B & B's over the years. Glenda and Lee are the best hosts we've encountered, so many little things thought of that make a massive difference. It's a lovely property, spacious rooms and it was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was so clean it looked like it had never been used! Little fridge in the room with Fresh milk, orange juice and a choccy bar each. The area is lovely and quiet and there are walks near to the property if you like to get out into the countryside. Exceptional breakfast with lots of choices. The homemade bread was lovely, Lee gave me a copy of the recipe to try at home. He is obviously very passionate about cooking and it shows, amazing! We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, a home from home, and we'll definately be back when we stay in the area again.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was great, a lovely quiet setting. Glenda and Lee are the perfect hosts, friendly welcoming and helpful. Our room was large and very well appointed. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. We loved all the little touches like fruit, tea and coffee to suit all tastes, the little fridge with fresh milk, water, juice and snacks. Breakfast was superb (so much choice) and very well cooked! Lee's homemade bread and preserves were delicious. We would definitely recommend Labbadax House, and we will return for sure.

Breakfast was fantastic, well cooked by Lee and presented nicely with a good doorstep slices of homemade bread toasted. Good choice of options for breakfast. The fridge with fresh milk was so much nicer that those plastic packages you often get as were the biscuits. While we booked in early we were at an event which meant we would be late back, arrangements were made for us to come back when we needed and to lock the gates and doors, which we did without a hitch by following Glenda's instructions

Labbadax House Labbadax House, 190 Salts Road, West Walton, Wisbech, Norfolk. PE14 7ED . I think it is fair to say B and Bs come in many guises from the dreadfully awful, to the yes, it was great, and many other comments in between, we have all been there. However, a few days ago, on Easter Sunday, the 17th April 2022, we found ourselves at Labbadax House, near Wisbech, Norfolk on our way home from a post Covid family reunion in Great Yarmouth. The stunning house is situated in a quiet, very pretty area. We were welcomed by our hosts, Glenda and Lee, and within moments’, even before we got in the house, I had a really good feel about the place. Glenda and Lee are, quite simply, very natural and friendly people with a passion for what they do, and that shines through with every single thought and gesture they have put into their B and B business. I have no negatives about Labbadax house, only positives, and each of those positives is An Oscar Award Winner. The entire place is spotless. We had the Purple Room. It was big, with a King size bed and a comfy sofa and beautifully decorated. Glenda certainly has the eye when it comes to décor. Everything matched, everything was beautifully put together, everything had been done with love and attention to detail. That was my 1st impression, but then, when you get to the nitty gritty, I was again overwhelmed by just how much thought had gone into the room. I was so impressed by the little surprises, a fruit bowl with high quality fruits, a real live plant, real milk in a china jug in the fridge that was at eye level, amazing lighting (actually, really, really amazing lighting!) More amenities packs than I knew were available, great and thoughtful tea and coffee making facilities, not just the “what you would expect” type, but more choices, more varieties. There was an info book on local amenities, restaurants etc. There was nothing, absolutely nothing our hosts hadn’t thought of. Even now, almost a week later, I am still a

I liked everything. I actually loved everything!. What's not to like? This establishment has thought vey carefully about everything it has done. it is, quite simply a marvelous place, with fabulous hosts.

this is the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at the hosts go out of there way to look after you so friendly The property is beautiful and the room we were in was very spacious clean large with seating and cold drinks and hot drink making facilities even snacks Breakfast was amazing I have paid £15 in other accommodations here it is included and it is fantastic everything you could want and cooked to perfectly This property is a jewel a place you very rarely find we only stayed one night but i wish I could of cancelled were we were going and stayed the week here

The friendly hosts. The excellent breakfasts. Our tandem was locked away in a garage overnight. Excellent country for cycling. It was good to have a teapot in the room and fresh milk in the fridge. There was plenty of hanging space in the walk-in cupboard.

Just a minor thing. The settee in the bedroom was a little on the small side for two people, especially when one was using a laptop.

We have stayed at many accommodations in England over the past month. Most of them have been of a high standard but Labbadax House outshone them all. From the warm welcome, beautifully appointed room and delicious breakfast, we could not fault our stay. Our hosts, Glenda and Lee, went out of their way to ensure our stay was a comfortable one. We stayed an extra night and wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend Labbadax House!!!

Our room was lovely and had plenty of space to move around, a sofa to watch TV and the bed was very comfortable. Our every need was catered for with plenty of drink choices - hot and cold. The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the food was amazing.

Everything was fantastic we have no complaints.

The welcome from Glenda was lovely. She and Lee take great pride in the B&B, and it shows in the care they take to ensure you have what you need. The house and room are decorated to a high standard. The room had nice touches such as a mini fridge with water, fresh milk, and chocolate. Sky tv was very welcome. The choices for breakfast were large and varied and cooked to a high standard. I very much enjoyed my brief stay.

The property is spacious, modern, clean, well equipped and very welcoming! Our hosts Glenda and Lee were excellent and provided a first rate service. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable with a well equipped en-suite shower room. Other features worth a mention were the fruit, chocolates and drinks available in the room. Spacious wardrobe and draw units, TV and a mini fridge. I’ve travelled extensively and I must say that the breakfast was as good as any that I have encountered. The choice available was extensive and to the highest quality! An exceptional property with first rate hosts!
