Excellent customer service from the start, allowing us into the room before check in time. The room was amazing. The bed was incredible comfy as was the duvet and pillows etc. The room was large and well equipped with the kitchen. The bathroom was lovely, with an amazing shower. Decor was flawless. Towels provided were so soft. Location was brilliant. The front door of the building was big and sturdy, we felt very safe and comfortable. We really couldn’t fault this stay at all. Overall, really great value. We will definitely will be staying here again if visiting Worcester.

No faults at all

The Hop Merchant's House is very central to the City . We had the family room at the top of the building. It was beautifully furnished and fitted out . The bathroom and gorgeous shower were finished to the highest quality and there was also a kitchenette which we only used for making coffee. We loved the fresh milk provided in the refrigerator of the kitchen. The king sized bed was very comfortable.

Very little . We were intending to use the sofa bed and probably should have thought to ask for sheets and bedding for it .

What a great place to stay. Jackie and the lady that was helping her with the rooms were so friendly, helpful and happy. Room was massive, clean bedding and towels which smelt so clean, very large comfortable bed. Excellent decor, microwave and fridge, plenty of glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk, salt, pepper, tea towel. Table and chairs if you wanted to sit and eat. Large TV, loads of hanging space, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Large shower cubicle, shower room was a very good size with toilet and sink, soap provided. Patio on 1st floor which would be lovely weather permitting to sit and have a drink. Less than 2min walk from Foregate Street Station. All in all a fantastic place to stay, can't praise it highly enough. Can't wait to stay again. Thank you Jackie so much

Absolutely nothing. Spot on. Wonderful place to stay.

The property was decorated exquisitely and to an extremely high standard, The room was warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean. The roof top terrace was beautiful and calming.

The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Check-in details were clear and could be adapted to suit our schedule. The room was spacious, well-designed with modern and elegant fixtures, and most importantly the bed was really comfy.

The only thing I’d suggest is blackout blinds as the curtains let a lot of morning light through.

The location was excellent, parking available opposite in a SIP, reasonable price. Excellent bed and linen, so comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay with the kitchenette. The use of a roof terrace makes it special.

Some better instructions for the oven/microwave.

The location could not have been better to visit Worcester City, this being only a few minutes walk away. Parking was across the road from the property and was very easy.

It’s very central just around the corner from the train station … it’s just a beautiful place beautiful

There is nothing not to like ..

The location and the facilities are really good. It’s a real hotel room plus and a great place from which to see Worcester. There is a fantastic garden on the first floor for an early evening drink before dinner.

Extremely comfortable and beautifully presented accommodation. Excellent location in the city centre. Very nice having an outdoor terrace to use.

Only criticism is that the building was very hot. But it was August
