Best Western Plus Inn at the Vines

Spotlessly clean room! Very comfortable bed and pillows (it was very difficult to get out of bed and check out on a rainy day). Big and clean bathroom, soft white towels (as well as the bed linen) and equipped with the essentials for those who don't take anything from home. For the price, a breakfast could be included and improve what is already very good. But we would definitely return!

The girl who checked us in didn't seem very happy with her job and was not friendly at all, so that's our only negative of the whole experience.

The room was great. Spacious, newly renovated and very comfortable. It is a 30 min walk to Napa downtown, but there is a shopping centre with everything you need right across the road. Staff were extremely helpful and lovely. I would highly recommend staying here as it’s great value for money in the area.

Great location. A few things are walking distance like a grocery store, some chain restaurants and Starbucks. A little farther walk will get you to a movie theater and some non chain restaurants. Nothing fancy, but nice to have some close by options. The rooms are a nice size, clean and neat. The towels are thick and fluffy. Nice size pool and good location. The hotel is easy to find and only a mile to downtown Napa, oxbow market and everything that area has to offer.

A little noisy from neighbors but not a big deal, and wasn’t all night long, so very manageable.

The staff at check in were great! So friendly and eager to help when I needed to shorten my stay. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have been please with the room size and cleanliness of each room. I also feel extremely safe at this hotel. There is a security door to get into the second floor which is an added bonus for me since I stay alone during these trips.

I wish there was a freezer spot in the mini refrigerator for my ice packs that I use for my lunches.

Great place to stay in Napa for a reasonable price. Close to the downtown area as well as a lot of nearby stores and amenities.

The only negative is either the thin walls or thin door. We could sometimes hear a baby screaming as if it was outside our door. Or we can hear people talking in the next room.

The property had just been renovated. It was good and pretty clean. Spacious as well.

I heard early in the morning that there was someone cleaning in the hallway or in other rooms, probably around 9 in the morning. I was awakened by it but other than that, it was pretty good.

We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do and the facilities were all wonderful! The rooms were clean and everyone was very kind.

The showers seemed just a bit slippery, which I wasn’t quite expecting.

It was definitely the fanciest best western I have ever been to. Right across from a shopping center that included a target and a starbucks which made it very convenient for us. The hotel staff was very sweet and even held our bags after check out while we explored the city.

Close to many popular wineries without much traffic. Rooms were clean and staff was nice. The breakfast spot attached was phenomenal and we checked out without any issues.

We had a leaky faucet and the closet door was busted off. A lot of construction going on which crowded the back lot and middle area.

Great location and very nice amenities. Rooms were comfortable, and facility was clean and tidy. Lots of stores close by. All in all, a great stay!

I wish I could have gotten my Best Western points and didn't know that I could not get them when using a third party booking agent until I got to the desk.
