Hampton Inn & Suites - Napa, CA

The facility is in good shape, not new, but well kept. There was a really nice outside fireplace area that was a bonus and the pool was nice too. Ample parking and access. The hotel is in sort of an outdoor mall with a number of good eating options, a Target, and a large movie theatre. The breakfast area was comfortable and the breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, which is passable.

Parking was not free ($15 per night); not expensive, but a bit of a pain. You could hear people walking around in the room above us. It was pretty loud at times. It is not located near to anything you would want to see in Napa, so a car is required. Having said that, the downtown is only about 10 minutes drive away.

I am so happy that we choose this location for our one day stay. The hotel is in s nice location close to many stores, restaurants, downtown!! Very clean since the lobby, hallways, room, bathroom!!! The beds were very cleaned and comfty. Bathroom very shiny. We were very pleased with the good breakfast they served us. We will definitely recommend and stay again in this property!! Customer service was very attentive and very polite.

It might sound funny but hot water came for quite a time and it hard for us to shower but the water got warm and showered fine. Also that we could not stay longer to enjoy their beautiful patio and swim at the pool!!

I liked how close we were to everything and that the room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the connivence items for sale at the front were great!!

The hot tub and pool seemed a little dirty. Which was sad because they were a great thing to have. When we checked in we weren’t given the type of room we paid for. We were given two queens instead of a King. We brought the issue to staff at our check in and they seemed annoyed/ stated “we will see what we can do” I found this odd because we should have gotten the more expensive room we paid for and it seemed odd the staff would try to give us a different type of room.

Good location close to downtown Napa. Hotel in general and the room was nice and clean, breakfast was good enough and convenient since we had a little one, we didn’t have to rush to find and go to a breakfast spot. Nice and helpful staff. There are 3-4 Chargepoint stations just in front of the hotel which was a huge plus for us.

I think it was a bit overpriced for what you get, but it was a long weekend so i understand:)

We had an excellent room and the staff also prepared a pleasant surprise for us as it was our honeymoon! Excellent if you are going to Napa by car.

Need to pay for parking. Very disappointed that breakfast was served in disposable cups, plates and cutlery. We are in 2023 and trying to preserve what's left of the environment and I expect better from a chain affiliated with the Hilton!

The bed and breakfast were amazing 👏🏽.

The location was OK, just off the freeway. It's by a few restaurants and stores (Target). There is a little community of homeless people in that area which is sad to see with a city that's so beautiful they don't have a place for them to go. It's not the hotels fault it's the fault our government and sometimes the people who turned a Blind Eye to it.

Great location, walking distance to many food options, easy to find off freeway, enjoyable walk to downtown, fantastic gym facility was also utilized

Perfect for my needs, unfortunately spa was out of service, nice outdoor fireside area that I wish could be accessed for sitting at during early morning hours

Clean rooms with ample space Quiet location even though some rooms windows face a busy road Liked that a movie theatre and lots of food options were close by 8 min drive to downtown napa

Location can be somewhat sketchy but we didn’t find any issues with it! Pool was pretty run down

We liked the room. Two issues both out of the control of the motel. One was a power outage, the second was a skunk sprayed and the smell came into the room.

I know that the value of the dollar is not what it once was but I think we paid too much for the room. We are seniors on a fixed income and a large portion of what we saved to have a mini vacation was used for the room. Maybe you could offer senior discounts?

We did the half marathon in napa and got three wine glasses with the marathon info on them. We did not ask for cleaning at all but when we asked them to bring up towels they took the wine glasses and never responded when we asked about them. Very sad
