Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta-Buckhead

Our request for a king bed put us in a larger room than we were expecting which was a pleasant surprise. The fridge was not working, and when I notified the front desk, Angela quickly let me know they would set us up in another room since it was later in the evening. Within 5 minutes, we were met with another set of keys and in the room. There were a couple other glitches, but within minutes, they were taken care of and not once did the staff make me feel like I was intruding and being a bother. Angela was professional. polite, caring and followed thru with what she said she would do. The hotel sits on a quiet shaded street which was a welcome change from the interstate traffic that brought us to our destination. There is a $40 parking charge, but if you do not choose to valet, then the fee is $25 at another garage close by, but each time you enter and exit, you are expected to pay that fee. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were well insulated and very clean and up to the standards you would expect from a Hilton chain. You will not be disappointed.

The things that could have been better were quickly resolved, and I could not compliment the staff and the service they provided enough to make sure our short stay was an enjoyable one.

I appreciated the frontdesk " Houston" great customer service and she also accommodated our party of 17 to have rooms on the same floor. That made it easier for us when heading out to dinner and our adventures. As we were celebrating a few Birtdays in ATL coming from Houston.

The chef was rude @ breafast got there 5mins before breakast was over and asked if we could get some fruits before he took it away. He said we should have came down earlier.

Lovely area, love how accommodating they were since we checked in really late from our road trip. It’s beautiful inside and out. The bed is so comfortable. slept like a baby. Easy check in and check out process. I advise to be in the Hilton honors group (you get free things like water etc)

Valet parking, $35 on site, best bet is to park in the nearby parking for $10 less than their cost. Our tub handle was broken and left inside the sink for us (maybe as a welcome present) I don’t know. But some minor things could have been better.

The staff was was exceptional from front desk to valet parking. My key card stopped working one night and the gentleman at the desk reactivated ,still it did work .He came up with a tool that helped to open the door and he put in a work order for it to be repaired which it was . No more trouble after that .

The staff was lovely at food service / bar.I was expecting a different type of breakfast and dinning set up .I don't recommend eating here.limited menu fast food type. Another thing I didn't like was no room service for short stays .I was there for 3nights ,no one even collected the trash in that time .I kept it in the bathroom to avoid any smells or insects. I understand no towel and bed making but no trash collection.

Location was great. Close to shopping, food of all types, banks ect

I was unable to check in when I arrived in town because I arrived extremely early in the morning. I called twice before I left for the airport and twice when I landed in the state and was told I could check in as long as there was a room available, even if it was not my original booked room. My daughter and I ended up sleeping in our rent a car for several hours until we were able to return to the property and checking in.  other than that the staff was amazing and I was taken care of by everyone. Many of the staff were apathetic and appalled at my experience at the early morning non check-in. 

This location is in an amazing area, just a five minute walk to the closest MARTA station and shopping mall. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Ricky was so nice and accommodating while we checked in, and Roz made an easy and efficient check out. Beds are comfortable, and the AC was super cold, which helped a lot after being in the Atlanta heat all day. Housekeeping came by every morning to see if we needed anything. We didn't try the breakfast, but we did use the little market in the lobby quite often it was very convenient after getting back after a concert very late. We will be using this location again in the future.

The hotel was surrounded by a bunch of other hotels and some businesses (sort of like an industrial complex). Once you walked onto the main road, there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The price was affordable. The room was nice and the gym was great. Everything was very clean and bright.

To have one person at check-in at any given time seemed like a bad idea. Not only did check-in take a long time, but if you needed anything from the lobby (buying snacks from the lobby store, needing another towel), you needed to wait until the people ahead of you checked in. In seemed like the front desk attendant was in charge of everything... except the lobby bar, which, I believe, only served high-end liquors (no beer that I saw). When I did go to the front desk to ask for an extra set of towels, he told me, "I'll have to go look. Hopefully, we have some." I feel like this gentleman, while pleasant enough, was extremely overworked. One of the elevators was out of commission, and the signage for the gym was non-existent. (It was on Level T???)

We loved everything! Every one of the staff members were extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel was spotless. The parking although pricey at $40 a night was well worth it. Even at the busy time of check out we never waited more than 4 min for our vehicle. Shane was very nice and helpful when we arrived as well as everytime we needed our car. The front desk! Wow super hospitable. There were 3 ladies working the day and each one was great! The overnight front desk Roddrick, awesome nice. Overall hope to return to Buckhead one day. We will absolutely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

The location was nice cuz it was in the big city of Atlanta. It was a little tricky to get to as there's a lot of one way streets and streets that they close for some reason at certain times. The staff was very accommodating and helped me out with something very important and for that I am highly grateful.

The fact that you have to pay so much just to be able to park in their parking garage is a bit outrageous. There is no other option but this as there are no parking garages nearby except for other hotels so they kind of have you over a barrel.

The staff was very kind and helped me with a little mess I created. Booking made it a bit hard for things to be done quickly, as I booked one month ahead by mistake. However Roderick really made the first night so much easier by understanding exactly what needed to be done. Honestly I only use booking because it’s cheaper but customer service, if not for the staff I would have been lost. So thank you Hilton for being so professional, helping and welcoming. Also big thank you to the maids for finding my airpods in my mess. I must say the service overall is really worth what they charge you.

my little radio box was broken but that didn’t disturb me because I didn’t need it.
