Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta - Buckhead

The staff was fantastic and the value of the room was wonderful. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. Getting access to Buckhead/Lenox and the north Atlanta area was a major plus for this hotel.

The pillows were not that comfortable. This might be nothing for others, but if you've ever fallen asleep on an air mattress only to wake up three hours later on the cold floor, that is what the pillows reminded me of. Also the breakfast was subpar. The food was incredibly salty and the some of the items just seemed stale.

I liked the size of the room and the location. I also enjoyed the parking lot entrance having an elevator to all floors. Also all the amenities were great.

I did not like that housekeeping never actually cleaned my room, the sign says to leave dirty towels outside of the door, but no new towels were actually brought.

Comfort, yes. Romantic, no. Staff members, service, and hospitality were remarkable! Tall William, Shorter William, Roger, Bonnie, and Mario! The breakfast menu - Awesome! Delicious! Cleanliness! Friendly service with a smile! Bonnie definitely deserves tips and/or raise!

Was shocked by daily parking costs! Furniture and bedding could use massive upgrades, especially relative to room costs. More boundaries needed for guests who enter dining area with no shoes! There was only one lady in the back office (name unknown). Not friendly, not welcoming, never acknowledged guests when entering dining area to speak to (or provide directions to Bonnie). Not good representation for Hilton at all!

Loved that this was a true suite style room, breakfast was offered daily. Property was very clean and located in a great area, very close to restaurants shops and highway.

Front desk attendant was not knowledgeable when checking me in and double charged on the incidental fee. I booked on booking.com and was over charged at hotel even after a complaint was filed. Property held the double incidental fee vs having it reversed because we checked in on a Thursday so there were no bank excuses.

the property was so serene and peaceful and the scenery was divine it was located just the right distance to everything including the highway a SPECIAL HONORARY MENTION TO ONE OF THE MOST PLEASANT MANAGERS EVER MR WILLIAM it was a pleasure if ever I had a reason to return to ATLANTA it would definitely to visit you and your facility thanks for the pleasant stay.

With a fantastic, close-to-everything-in-Buckhead location! With clean rooms, super comfy bed and the absolute warmest welcome from the staff, we won’t be staying any place else whenever we come through Atlanta! Truly, every single staff person made it feel like home away from home. (Even got in a good little workout in the hotel gym!)

Everything was good as far as room wise and front desk staff.

A guest broke the railing so we could not use the pool :( as well as I accidently left a bag of clothes with a pair of shoes, they only found the shoes and not the clothes which is weird because the shoes were on top of the dirty clothes. They only told me about the shoes after I threatened to call corporate to have the cameras pulled because they were left in the elevator at the back door and house keeping was the next to get into the elevator. But whatever they stole dirty close and missed the big price the shoes were $125.00 so glad someone likes peoples dirty clothes instead of good shoes.

Pool was exceptionally small for such a great place.......and sofa needs more substantial mattress....would have been a 10 rating other than those two items..

The rooms were spacious & comfortable. Didn’t really care for the bedding on the mattress. The sheets were thin & not all that soft but the bed itself & the pillows were nice.

The front desk receptionist wasn’t all that friendly when I was leaving for check out in the morning. I asked a simple question & she had a bad attitude in the response she gave me. She wasn’t at all helpful, or attentive. When coming down from the room, I had to search for her when I got to the lobby because she was walking around the lobby talking on her cellphone, not paying any attention to the front desk she was suppose to be at. Unprofessional. However, the man receptionist I encountered when checking in Sunday night was kind & helpful.

Clean rooms, kitchenette had everything but a dish sponge, conveniently located. Overall, good value for the price compared to other hotel suites if you need to save a few bucks.

The couch sofa was uncomfortable, our room only had a bathroom trash can, and the curtains weren't wide enough to keep the lamp light from shining in. Only one elevator but probably because it is an older building. Not enough parking spots. People smoked in their rooms and I could smell it in the hallways.
