Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead

The staff was fantastic. Especially the 2 courtesy drivers. They offered to help always even if nothing was needed. In addition, they spoke with my family as it was their own! Keep them as long as you can and give them a bump they deserve it. Same with the valet staff, great group, especially helpful and never acted as it was a chore even when raining. All of your team members are associates, not employees.

Out of bar soap. Lobby was warm at times. All ice machines are not working. Our daughter went to every floor to check.

I love the suite and the separate rooms.

The breakfast buffet was ok on Friday morning, but Saturday was not so good. My husband had the scrambled eggs from the table and he had to throw it out. Taste was awful and cold. I ordered an omelet which was good, but the guy cooking it acted like it was an inconvenience for him being there. He needs to have a better attitude while serving the guests. I had to ask him what number was my order, and he just ignored me. The woman working with him asked him a few questions and did the same thing to her.

The location and the hotel events. I liked the room size. The staff was nice. After complaining about the dirty room, they kept it clean the rest of the stay.

I had to change rooms and the rooms were dirty. There is no ceiling fan available, so I did get too hot. The little window did no justice. The valet lost our car. It was a constant hassle with valet. Wendy, the staff at the front desk was rude and refused to service us.

The breakfast line moved fast! The staff was very nice! The food and beverages exceeded my expectations! Happy Hour was great! My fiancé enjoyed it! I loved that it's a Restaurant/Bar inside the hotel! Scotty was my bartender! Everyone was nice and professional yet down to Earth!

The door to separate the living room area and bedroom was annoying everytime it was slightly opened and closed! The parking is such a tight squeeze! The room floor was dirty and stains on the pillow cases and sheets! We reported the issues and someone brought pillow cases and more stained pillows! No remote for the living room We had to call for it! For the price of the room and fees for parking I expected to have zero complaints! However things could've been better and worse!

The staff was great. They got me in a new room when our first one smelled like smoke. They were happy to help when our take out didn’t give us napkins or utensils. They checked in and made sure we were happy with our visit and we’re happy to get us late check out. I felt that their communication about the Peachtree Road Race and how it would affect our stay was very good.

I loved the faculty and the hotel design

The water in my shower didn’t get hot but we were moved to a room with hot water eventually. Marks where on my fiancés drive seat from a pen or something do to valet they call themselves cleaning the seat up but it actually looks worse so we have to get the seat detailed professionally due to that… Outside of that we really enjoyed our stay

hotel look great after renovation. room exceeded expectations: roomy, well designed, comfortable bed, clean. phone in sitting room should be on bedroom night table. should have note to remember housekeeper upon departure. valet parking with helpful staff.

breakfast was ok and staff friendly but eggs could be better, less dry. also, packaged bagels should be replaced by fresh and i didn't see breads for toast.

This location had a friendly staff who were very attentive, a delicious breakfast, and a parking deck that’s attached to the hotel.

When we got back home our skin was breaking out severely, our sheets did have crumbs or “that feeling” when we initially laid down. It was a rookie mistake to not ask for fresh sheets or bring extras from home.

The room and view were perfect for my 29th Anniversary...The room is clean and spacious...Perfect for the occasion...Elevator close by...Breakfast was good and the location was great! Everything was close by the Lennox Mall, Phipps Plaza, Restaurants, Shopping...I will be coming back!

The only thing they ran out of was Waffle Mix...I really wanted one...lol..My pillowcase had spots on them...looked dirty...but we addressed it with the front desk and they had someone bring fresh cleans pillowcases up quickly.

We loved the feel of the lobby while we had breakfast. Felt luxurious. We loved the decor and how the rooms were so spacious! The shower doors were nice and added to that luxurious feel. The view was also pleasant.

Our only complaints were how much hair we found on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Lastly, the very tight valet area and where you pull in and out of the hotel. I will add that the front of the hotel in the valet area were under construction to hopefully help with space. Other than that, things were great.
