InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta, an IHG Hotel

Customer service was outstanding! All of the staff were respectful, courteous, attentive, and prompt. We ventured out of the hotel on foot to look for some nearby restaurants, but unfortunately, most had a 2 hour wait. We decided to go back and ordered food to our room. It arrived at our room in maybe 10 or 15 min. I was surprised at how quickly it reached us because the dining area was so busy that night. We anticipated it would be a long wait. That was a huge plus! Anyway the room itself was excellent, clean and had a nice view. The bathroom was spacious and the materials were nice. Overall, this is an excellent hotel and I wished I stayed a little longer. If any of the staff reads this, I want you to know that each and every one of you are amazing!!! Your customer service is immeasurable. Thank you.

The rooms were sooo elegant and comfortable.

Everything was gorgeous and the staff was very accommodating. Cash at the front desk was great I proposed to my girlfriend and they hooked it up

The two standard beds are full size so if it’s a family trip, take it into consideration.

The only thing I can say I didn’t like was the fact that we were at bar and for some reason they couldn’t process the payment and tried several times so my bank locked my card, then they went to the room to ask if I had another card, at 2AM when everyone was sleeping. It was so annoying. The rest was wonderful so if you go there, make sure your payment was successful if you don’t want to be bothered while you’re sleeping.

I loved the aesthetics of the property. I enjoyed the staff who were professional and kind. Each staff you came in contact with they were willing to help, if needed. I also loved the mirror elevators, they’re my fave. The room was outstanding! I love every inch of it. I love baths, so I was excited for the bathtub. No one was by the pool, so it was fun to be in it by ourselves. The whirlpool was great too. All around a great experience.

The total price for one night with a dinner ( with no alcohol, dessert, coffee etc,) exceeded $1,000.00? There was more than $100.00 in various taxes on the room bill so at those prices I am not interested in the “value for money” proposition at the hotel and would tell all my friends and family.

Me and my husband came here for our birthday (which is on the same day).Great & very friendly staff. Room were clean & luxury. Really loved the bathroom. The room view were everything. Bed were comfortable. All our activities were near our Hotel. I will be back!

Their were no refrigerator or microwave in our room. We had to use our room card to enter the elevator and the $31 a day for self parking is just unnecessary. I got the breakfast included in my stay and when we checked out were told that I went over on the breakfast by $4. Didn't understand how because on the last day we didn't eat breakfast. Remodeling was going on, because of this their were limited access.

Everything was exceptionally clean, the rooms and the hotel itself look like they are brand new. it’s in a very quiet area with tons of food and shopping. and still very close to downtown without being in downtown. also the food on property was surprisingly phenomenal. not your usual hotel food.

Everything was perfect! I’ve never used hotel body washes and lotions in all my entire life until I stayed at Intercontinental Buckhead. Everything was so clean that I even placed my personal toiletries on the bathroom vanity without covering it first with towels. This is hands down the best hotel in ATL. Love it!

This property is in a wonderful location. There were many restaurants within walking distance. Also, this is right next to Lennox Square, which has a really nice mall. The employees of this facility were exceptional! They were always pleasant and willing to go out of their way to help in any way that they can. It was a pleasant experience.

There are improvements in the hotel that need attention, especially for the price of the rooms. The furniture in the rooms need to be updated. The pool needs to be resurfaced.
