Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Buckhead Place

The breakfast was really good! The location is very convenient to a grocery store, gym, nail salon and various restaurants and others. The hotel is extremely clean! You can smell the cleaning products upon entry. It was nice to see a cleaner in the elevator ensuring everything was wiped down as well as sanitizer dispensers amongst the hotel.

I just think the parking fee ($25 per night) for hotel guests is too expensive. If staying at the hotel, there should at least be one free parking space for the guest especially if we’re already paying for accommodation.

Parking was an ease, asked for queen beds received full size beds my husband is 6’4 😔

The non breakfast. They said breakfast including in room rate only a paper bag of sweets for breakfast no thank you.

The kids and I loved the comfy pillows and blankets. The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved how the fridge was in the cabinet. Absolutely loved that you had to use your key card to get to any floor but main lobby.

I didn't like the noise from the construction going on next door but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Also the pool is extremely small. Seemed like the size a hot tube would be but only a little bigger.

The location was nice.Very near to all the good spots in the city.

The parking was full and had to wait for a spot to park even though i've paid for the parking.

Breakfast was ok. Muffins were a bit hard and there was still clumps of baking soda or powder. So I opted for yogurt and juice. I wish you guys had flavor creamer but thankful for complimentary breakfast. I liked the security going into the hotel and elevator but did notice that if someone took too long to find the key someone else will let them in so it kinda defeated the purpose.

I didn’t like that the parking fee was not included considering all the parking that is available specially when you have to walk around to get to your car. We had asked for late check in and cleaning staff walked in on us while we were changing, after a scream I think they got the point. The construction next to it right now was a let down but I understand it’s out of their control. Bathroom tub was chipped in one corner so the tile was lose. I thought the rooms didn’t have carpet but mine did so I guess it happens

The breakfast was great. Just what we needed to get an early day started...had to eat on the run. We liked the beds were very comfortable, the in-room microwave, and frig were a plus as well. Willingness from the staff to provide much-needed insight into surrounding areas and extra supplies helped as well.

Not knowing there was a $100/day incidentals fee; although, we booked through a 3rd party site. However, management handled that well and offered suggestions for the next visit. Parking was a little awkward and the construction caused some concern with space to drive.

Convenient location in a fairly busy neighborhood of Atlanta. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Only about 15-20 minute drive from downtown. Breakfast was good with hot food, grab and go, juice, and coffee. Room was nice with a huge window for tons of natural light. Decent view!

Room was not ready at check-in. They told multiple people to just check back in 15 minutes. Didn’t get to get into my room until 45 minutes after check-in. It wasn’t a huge deal just inconvenient since I was starving.

The location was in an excellent spot, just minutes away from a main attraction, "The Lenox Mall." There was a Kroger within walking distance from the hotel which was great, because we needed to get a few items from the store. Also, there were a few restaurants close by, where my daughter and I went and got lunch and dinner. We slept in and missed the complimentary breakfast, but it was great knowing that it was available here. The Front Desk clerks were professional, helpful, and very nice. I found out about the Kroger that was within walking distance from the hotel, from the Front Desk clerk that worked my first night's stay at the hotel. They were knowledgeable of the area, which was very beneficial to me, because I was visiting this area and I live four (4) hours away from this location.

Rooms were a good size and plenty of room with 2 young kids. Good location with small pool and gym.

Breakfast was OK but could offer additional fresh fruit or different cake each day than the same oranges and small danish. Less breakfast options than my stay in same hotel chain in Boston. Room cleaning had to be requested and had to ask for extra towels for a family of 4 only enough for 2 people.

First day the breakfast was great, the following days (Sat and Sunday) not as good as they did not offer the egg white omeletes items or fritatas? Also, the last morning was the only time they offered the chocolate flavored waffle mix. The hand sanitizers in the breakfast area seemed to work on their own schedules

Parking cost caught me off guard, not sure if it was posted. Did not seem necessary especially since they share an outdoor parking lot with the retail stores. Seems like they could offer cheaper outdoor parking, and provide the special hang pass to indicate the parker is staying with the hotel.
