Crown Choice Inn & Suites Lakeview and Waterpark

The room was beautiful and very spacious. Plenty of drawer and cabinet space for those looking for a long stay. The fridge also had a freezer compartment and came with a microwave. The pillows were super soft and the bed was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I've slept on. I always dread hotels because the beds just aren't home but I didn't feel that way here. My son also loved the pull out bed on the couch and basically having his own room. The couch is in a separate room from the queen and king bed portion. Because breakfast isn't served anymore we got buy one get one free coupons that saved us $20 on breakfast. The water park was also amazing.

The room was very stuffy and humid when we got there. It took a bit for the room to cool down. The deadbolt would not lock. The placement where the deadbolt locks in was not done correctly. Outside the room there was trash laid in the hallways and bags of dirty linens at 11 pm at night. Not a big deal but it was still there the next morning around 10:30am. The site conditions in the hallway had pieces hanging off that were broken. Drywall by the hallway windows were also busted. There were parts of the hotel that looked to have been being worked on so I'm sure it's a work in progress. Definitely none of this would keep us from coming back.

The room (suite). But enjoyed the time with my family. Time. Staff was very pleasant.

The room had a few things dirty. The coffee pot was used and not cleaned out. Floor had salt on it. Did like having adult pool and hot tub was in same area and hearing kids screaming, also had to walk outside my room in the snow to go to the pool and hot tub.. I didn't like a lot of family restaurants were closed.

The breakfast buffet was not available due to Covid & it would have been nice to have. We did not use the coupon for Toast A Go Go as it would be expensive. We bought grocery food and used the microwave for breakfast. We loved the kitchenette as it was so handy for those times we ate in. The view was fantastic and the room very clean. The arrangement of the suite was perfect for our situaltion. Location by the ferry dock was a big plus.

Our fridge was not working but they management replaced it quickly with a very nice one that we used a lot. So all was well in the end.

I enjoyed the balcony suite, the two rooms worked out perfectly for our group of six! It was a perfect room just two doors down from the elevator! The front desk staff was very polite and friendly.

The water park needs some updating. There were several broken parts, ie: the rope to pull the bucket, the rubber hoses that water comes out to spray, one of the steps needs fixing. There is a beautiful area for a continental breakfast to be added back into the price of staying the night. We were offered coupons for BOGO at 2 local restaurants, which we did not use. I understand that we stayed on a holiday weekend, but they sure did triple the price for our one night stay!

I loved the price for a suite, 3 beds to sleep my family. The water park passes were included. No funky smells in the room. Was able to hook up my game system to the tv and the kids could play games, luckily I could change the input channel on the side of the tv. Everything was pretty great!

I don’t really have complaints, it was great. I guess it was unclear if there is breakfast and where it’s located.

The water park is small but awesome for the kids and you get free admission with your room.

We arrived late (8pm) and the water park closes at 10pm. We asked to use our water park admission the next day and they said no. It is totally fair that each reservation only get one day’s admission, but for late arrivals it should be allowed to use it either the day of check in or the day of check out.

Always a nice stay. All together a nice place. Also was nice to have parking for my truck and trailer across the street.

Tv in the room didn’t work. Called first night, waited until we couldn’t wait any later. Got fixed the next day. No view out the room, just trees in front of the windows. Game room needs work. No breakfast like in the past.

Was a very nice room and beds and pillows were comfortable!

Loved the water park, great place for families, great price, room was clean, towls were a bit stained but clean, hallways could use a de cob webbing, buy over all very nice, would definitely stay again

Waterpark could have been alittle cleaner but definitely felt comfortable having my family use it.

The water park was great! The kids had a blast. The hot tub was on point too!

Our room was pretty dirty. There was a trash bin under the sink from the previous people with dirty diapers and trashed piled up. The beds were made extremely poorly and there was gunk build up on the bed table stand and dressers. Other than the cleanliness it was a great room with a lot of room.
