Quality Inn Saint Ignace

Good location, room and lobby were clean and tidy. We had a nice quiet restful night in our room.

There was nothing we could complain about! We only stayed one night to break up a long drive so we didn't take have the opportunity to use the other amenities they offer. (Pool, breakfast, laundry etc.)

We enjoyed our stay. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is old but clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. We all enjoyed the breakfast, and it was so great having coffee, tea, hot chocolate and oatmeal available. We visited Mackinac Island and wish we had more time to spend touring this area.

The breakfast had a nice variety. Eggs, sausage, breads, bagels, muffins & sausage gravy & biscuits with other things as well. The dining area was nice sized but was all large 6 seat tables. They also had a little seating area if you have guests or just felt like getting out of your room a bit. It was very inviting.

our lock box didn’t work and the guy they sent to fix couldn’t get it open. pool room was hot. requested our room to be cleaned and restocked on the 3rd day never happened.

The bikes were so fun but one of them had loose handle bars making it a bit dangerous. The breakfast was good loved the warm options. The pool was perfect size and nice and warm.

Our fridge in the room didn't get cold. No elevator makes it a bit hard to carry luggage.

The beds were comfy. People were friendly. They took care of my issues in a timely manner. We didn't eat breakfast there but we saw a few people eating bag style breakfast. Good Restaurants but could use more around the area. Location was great. Alot of places to catch bridge views. Hotel has big jug of lemon water for you to have. That was nice. Also they had Moose Poop you could buy. Dark choc candy with nuts. I bought it 7.00 a bag but oh so good. Quite side of the bridge.

Room 104 the refrigerator did not work and our food got wasted. They did come and look at it but it was too late. We didn't catch it right away either. Also..they forgot to replace my TP. I had to ask for more when I first got there. Not a big deal though we were right by the desk.

It was a very nice property. We were on our way home and we're planning on staying in Gaylord but the bridge was closed due to emergency incident. It was very easy to switch my reservation to this property. The staff were very friendly. The property was very clean and the room and bed were spacious and comfortable.

There is no elevator. I've had 2 hip replacements in the last 18 months so stairs aren't my friend after driving from Escanaba.

Friendly staff, convenient location, breakfast was good, breakfast area was really small but they did provide additional seating in a meeting room area, no elevator was the only down side

The breakfast was great. Something to please both my husband and myself. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. We really liked the location and sunset viewing opportunity.

Overall just a great experience. The employee at check-in was so helpful and just nice and attentive and answered all of our questions in a very efficient way. He set the tone for the hotel, and it was a welcoming one. The hotel had a nice pool and hot tub which was great. Breakfast was much more extensive than we expected and it was just an enjoyable stay.
