Embassy Suites By Hilton New York Manhattan Times Square

I think a lot of people say they have small rooms but not at all! Breakfast was pretty good had lots of variety, you were also able to have an omelet made for you, lots of fruit and bread. On our first 2-night the tv didn't have any channels that we can watch so we had to get someone to fix it twice by the third time they gave us a different room which had a better view! The location is perfect the empire state building is like 2 blocks away also time square is near and bryant park! Lots of fast-food restaurants and coffee shops around.

For dinner we did get a burger and the meat was pretty burnt, our door key scanner died but they did get that fixed quickly. Also, elevators take forever depending on the time of day (Mostly morning during breakfast).

Perfect location for city tours. It's close to everything. Breakfast is included in room rates and pretty much selections of food. The sofa bed can be extended to a double bed. The shower is good.

The hotel has 39 floors but only 3 elevators! In rush hours we had to wait for ages. Once it took me 15 minutes to get downstairs. We found the room floor dirty (I think they don't clean the floor everyday) and the sofa cushions very dirty. Very few drinks to choose in happy hour.

We are a family of five people so I tend to book Embassy Suites when we travel to the US because they offer a great breakfast service which is free. There is a wide variety of food and the quality is very good. We also loved the snack bar which offered the basic necessities such a bottled water, sandwiches and even otc medications such as tylenol etc. I loved the view from our room. We were on the 28th floor and had a clear view of the Empire State Building. The location of the hotel is excellent.

The rooms are small. Not surprising in NY but still difficult at times to manage with luggage and children. Housekeeping doesn't come unless you request the day before. So there were a few occasions where the bins were full and the coffee/tea amenities were lacking. Calls to reception were often unanswered. The breakfast area is small so at peak times full with few options for seating elsewhere.

Excellent location close to Herald Sq. and Macy’s, many stores and restaurants just a few steps away, also convenient for subway trips. Nice breakfast with omelettes made to order. The $25 that is charged daily can be used as credit for sundries and drinks at the bar. Nice and reasonably maintained gym. Room is reasonably sized (for Manhattan), comfortable bed and good shower. Also had a new coffee machine and microwave. Front desk and housekeeping staff very receptive and friendly at all times.

As with similar hotels in the area, three elevators are nowhere near enough for 30+ floors with 5+ rooms per floor. Expect to wait for up to 10-15 min at peak times (especially mornings). Breakfast area is VERY crowded between 8:30-10:00. It doesn’t help that it’s not served at the 1st (ground) floor which makes the morning elevator traffic worse. Stairs don’t help much if you’re staying 20+ floors high.

Location was great, in the middle on everything. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but enough to get morning started. Fridge and micro were good addition to room.

Floors weren't swiped during daily housekeeping, same trashes wondered around room.

I spend hours reading reviews before I book! I’m very happy with my choice. The staff was kind and professional and all wore masks. Clear written instructions were provided for facilities, breakfast, etc. No daily housekeeping, but on 2nd day, housekeeping stopped by to ask if we needed anything. Elevators are slow due to social distance regulations. We weren’t given clear directions to the parking garage that offered a discount, but there was a parking garage a block away. We paid $61 (including tax) per 24 hours for a sedan. But, that’s expected in NYC! Times Square less than 15 minute walk. Room was spacious and clean! Added bonus, the $15 per day/per room credit for their pantry of goodies! That was a nice surprise. Thank you for your hospitality!!

No food service, due to Covid-19. But that is clearly stated in their descriptions.

The front desk check-in associate was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are a decent size for NYC hotels. The location is great. You feel safe walking to and from this location. They gave us a $25 credit to use at the hotel bar or snack area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I'd stay here again.

Room service did clean our room even though we didn't ask them to do that AND we were told that you have to call a day ahead for room service. There wasn't a "do not disturb" sign available to leave on our door. It was weird to see that room service was done on our room when we didn't call for it. We were out when they came by so we couldn't tell them that we did not want the room cleaned. We were trying to keep traffic to a minimum bc of covid.

Breakfast, music and how the staff interacted with us. They offer a $15 credit for each day to spend. YTou can get water and candy as many other stuff for free basically.

The hopusekeeping schedule. Because of COVID you have to schedule it by yourself. They didnt change the bedding and refilled with new shampoos.

This isn’t like any other Embassy Suites you’ve stayed at before, in that they’re rooms not suites! That said, the room was ideal, breakfast was good, Mangers Evening Reception was good (albeit the choice of included drinks are poor and you only get 2) the location and all the staff are great. Adam, the Concierge can arrange car services for you cheaper than yellow cabs, Uber or Lyft!

Rooms are only serviced on request! probably wont stay at another Hilton property until this is recinded.

Very friendly staff. They are very polite, helpful and attentive. We didn’t have any issue on the WI-FI connection. Bathroom is very clean.

The bed linen are old. Wooden floor is sticky because the condensation from the window gets inside the room. The breakfast bread gets hard easily and having the same menu in full week except for pancake/French toasts/waffles alternates each day. Dining area is dusty.
