MOXY NYC Times Square

The bed was very comfortable. The stash cupboard was a God send full of blankets and creams etc. The location in mid town was perfect.

our room could have had more plugs and a table. The bells all night were annoying until we bought ear plugs. Breakfast was great but not included it was a 30 $ credit per room. This was not enough for my three daughters. There was very little vegetarian options in the restaurant.

The location was great. Room was clean and comfortable

They didn't come to clean the room until 4 days into our stay despite us asking for this a couple of times

AC was a bit hard to regulate. But, they were quick to send the stuff up to fix it. Also, I was not able to go to the roof top for a meal with my 16 yrs old:( For Sunday brunch there was no spaces. Apparently, we needed to reserve weeks in advance. i feel they should give a priority to the hotel guests.

location of the Moxy is excellent - perfect quite frankly to get anywhere in NYC

this is a negative, but wow I wish the rooms had a coffee machine. the rooms are snug at best, to the extent we didn’t unpack at all other that toiletries.

Location was wonderful!! We were able to walk to both theaters where we went to see plays. We walked to Central Park (little over a mile, but so much to see along the way it didn’t feel like it) Public transportation was easily accessible within a block. The atmosphere of the hotel itself was so fun & exciting……..really made you excited to be in NY. The staff greeted us so kindly & we’re so welcoming! Everyone we encountered from the front desk area, to bar staff to cleaning staff truly made us feel they were happy we’d chosen this hotel!

The absolute only negative was that the room didn’t cool down enough, but once I brought it up to the front desk they immediately offered to send someone up or to move us to another room. We opted to have a technician check it out & they changed the filter, but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference, so they allowed us to change rooms. The next room was a little better, but even at 68* still wasn’t very cool……..they gave us a fan for the room which pretty much solved our problem. I just think in general the cooling system doesn’t work very well, but the staff’s response to our complaints were so good that I find it hard to even mention this.

A modern hotel, clean, pretty and neat decorations, fast and efficient elevators. The location is mind blowing, very near Times Sq. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for (a fridge and a new streamer) was delivered fast. we were traveling with a 6yo, he loved the hotel as much as we did. I’ve read a lot of reviews about the noise - we did not experience that fortunately, but our room was at the 9th floor. A Perfect stay for us. thanks Moxy!

Bottled water will be charged $5 each if you consume it, so be aware of this.

Bed was very comfortable. The shower was also great! Breakfast and coffee offered at this location was also good.

It might have been the night of the week we were there but we could have used some room service food and drink after the show at MSG.

This was our 13th stay at the Moxy and as usual, the hospitality was exceptional! Kimani was wonderful, went way above and beyond helping us secure our requested and favorite room-he was super courteous, professional, understanding and accommodating! The rooms were immaculate, the staff were super friendly and always greeted us with “welcome back” every time we returned. The help yourself Stash room was super convenient, extra towels always available. Courtesy umbrellas for our first NYC down pour was much appreciated. Moxy is of course so conveniently located, we had the best and most enjoyable family vacation! Thank you to all the staff and especially to Kimani for making sure we had the absolute best of everything!

Location was excellent. Walking distance from Penn Station with luggage and convenient for subway and exploring. Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. Room was neat for 3 adult sized humans but clean and quiet. My biggest concern was the family rooms were just below the rooftop bar and we would be affected by noise but it wasn't a problem at all. Being able to spend the $30 destination fee on the pop up breakfast cafe was perfect for us.

A coffee maker or kettle in the room would've been useful.
