The room was very clean, and the bed was VERY comfortable. The staff were great and always pleasant and helpful. Nicely situated with only a 10 to 15 minute walk up to Times Square, and for a bit of retail therapy, only 5 minutes from Macy's. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Loved it, would stay again

The only thing I could say would be that there is no kettle or coffee machine. This would be a nice touch as a cup of tea/coffee,Whichever you prefer would be nice first thing.

Great location - Macy’s is literally 200m away. Decent sized room (specified a King) - thought it would be a little bigger. Staff were very nice, very friendly. Boutique feel to the hotel, not like a big chain. Would return.

Bathroom was tiny - bath/shower combo not comfortable. No coffee making facilities in room. Huge empty refrigerator makes no sense in room taking up way too much space where a coffee machine could go. Elevators a little slow.

Staff was unbelievable and beyond friendly. The hotel is actually quite beautiful. Rooms were clean and perfect. Location is amazing.

Some coffee in the rooms or even the hotel would be nice. I understand no food. That's ok. But i think coffee is doable. Even if it’s I'm the lobby or something.

The location is amazing. You are right in the heart of Manhattan with lots of restaurants and bars right across the street. The rooms were clean and bright and the staff were friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Room was big clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. All staff were super friendly and very attentive. Location was perfect. Less than a minute’s walk from Macy’s, Bryant park with a few minutes walk away. Subway station also located less than a minute away for those who don’t want to walk much around the city and want to use transport

Only 1 downfall was the lifts. There was 2 lifts in the hotel and these where extremely slow and wasn’t helped that one of the lifts was out of service on a couple of occasions which made the long walk up the narrow staircase to the high floors a bit tricky at time specially when carrying bags. However even though this was the only 1 negative it would not stop me from rebooking another stay at this hotel

The room had large windows and a comfy chaise longue; the hotel was easy walking distance to many attractions and the subway. They very kindly let us leave our luggage after we checked out so we could try to find coffee without a lot of bags in tow.

The bathtub in our room had been installed backwards and was woefully uncomfortable to use for a bath. Fine for showers, but impossible for a proper bath. This hotel also has people who just stand at the door and decide whether you can come in or not. But the hotel doesn't give you a card or pass or anything, so the men standing there just look you up and down frighteningly every time you try to come in. There is no way to have coffee in the morning: no machines in the room, or even a kettle, and though there is a coffee machine at the lobby bar, there was no one working there the morning we were there. Having a couple hours when the coffee machine is staffed would be really nice.

Lovely little hotel with loads of personality. Corey, Jasmine, Michelle and all the others were very friendly and accomodating. They could not do more for us. Always willing to chat and offer adivice and directions. There is always someone around to assist you. It was exceptionally clean and tidy Rooms and bathrooms are a really good size. Decent size wardrobe. Lovely towels and exellent bathrobes and the products are good quality. Plenty of hot water there was a shower and a bath tub. Two free bottles of water every day. There was a small fridge in the room and a icemaker on the next floor. Heating was brilliant took minutes to heat up the room and was easy to adjust down for sleeing at night We had a view of the Empire State Building from our window. The subway was a few yards away from the front door. The road is quite busy so getting a Taxi was no problem. Being an older hotel there was noise from the traffic and wind at night but it did not disturb us we slept amazingly.

It is being very hard to find fault but we did find it sad there were no food or drink available on site so you had to go out for all meals. (It is surrounded by many resteraunts with a range of different styles of cooking on offer so you can eat locally within minutes) The lift was under repair so there could be a bit of a wait at busy time, but we were aware of the reapairs when booking. The beds are really comfy but a bit of a struggle getting on and off as it was very high off the ground. We are elderly so not agile as we were. .

This is a super friendly smaller boutique hotel, with good size rooms, very clean and with the best location if you want to do Manhattan. We easily walked from Penn Station or you could thanks the sub. Macy’s is right next to the hotel or walk 7th to the upper or lower Manhattan if you like walking and food/bar stopping! It is just so easy to get around from the hotel. They also have the cutest Irish pub right across the street - walk in and you are immediately part of the neighborhood.

There is nothing not to like, but we love our coffee in the morning. There are no coffee in the rooms or in the lobby, but when in NY there are so many coffee trucks, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks close by, so nothing major to be annoyed about. There is only one elevator, but when checking out we called the reception and they took our luggage in the service elevator. No delays what so ever!
