Best Rest Inn - Jacksonville

Didn't realize there was a breakfast til I was checking out. It seemed like a few basic items off to the right. Coffee, pastries, and muffins. I didn't try any, so I can't really provide more feedback

I wish there was a side entrance out to the side road. It's a pretty far reaching request and not a slight on the property. I managed no avoid traffic while leaving, just a side entrance would potentially eliminate issue on high traffic days.

The service was wonderful The staff was so friendly and kind The rooms are so clean and really nice and large. It is located near everything There are so many food places Walmart shopping And so many stores everything you would possibly need right there

The only problem I had was the bed, And that is because I have a previous back injury and other injuries, so it is hard for me to find the right bed to sleep in at any time, That is no fault of theirs

Decent enough location. Staff were nice and candid. Waffle House is right across the way, as well as the Navy Federal. The rooms are cozy. They could use some better lighting and maybe a little tender-loving paint, but that's all minor stuff. Internet was good and free, with 2.4 and 5 GHz available.

Noticed some dead bugs on the floor, kinda threw my mood for cleanliness. But, I did notice that when room service came, they took the bugs with them. Good on them! Only other gripe is that the room card had a pizza advertisement that kinda obscured the arrow that says which way you insert.

We come down here and stay at this hotel every year. I love staying here so far and haven’t had any issues this far. I like how cleanly the inn was, the staff were nice and prompt about towels etc, and how close it was to everything.

The only thing that was difficult sometimes was pulling out and making a left turn out of the parking lot.

I only wanted a place to stay the night on my motorcycle trip along the coast, and wasn't looking for much but after reading the reviews of other places located nearby with lower prices I decided on this place. I found none of the negative things some had said about this place. I was quite pleased and if I ever pass this way again I'd stay here. The guy at the front seat was too much. He was very friendly even after I told him I couldn't get in my room, which turned out I was trying to get into 116 instead of 115. The bed was so comfortable that I had a hard time getting going in the morning. There was no breakfast because of covid but there were plenty of places nearby.

If I had to pick something it would be no snack vending machine and the bathroom could need a little repair. That said my own bathroom needs it too. Nothing that would make me not want to stay here.

Check-in was pleasant, every one was very nice. Compared to anything else available those two nights this was a good price. Room was clean, not real big, no frills, but just fine. It DID have a small fridge, microwave and TV. We happened to get the handicapped equipped room, so the shower was large and open to accommodate a wheelchair. The extra room was nice. I imagine other rooms' baths would be different. They advertise breakfast, which was coffee, fruit, and pre-packaged muffins. Parked right outside door. My daughter was able to call ahead and arrange for them to put some snacks in our room with a personal note - not free, but "appropriate" and a very nice above-and-beyond service they provided. Fast food within walking distance. The stay worked just fine, and we were happy to have found it.

As I said, it was "basic". Comfy chair but no desk. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. But for a clean, quiet place to clean up and sleep, we were very happy. Very nice help at front desk for check-in.

the staff was very friendly, check in was super easy, the rooms were spacious, very clean, the beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in staying in a motel. the bathroom was clean. the breakfast was individually packaged stuff due to Covid. but it was overall a very nice stay.

vending machine outside the room doesn’t work so if you come in late plan on bringing drinks with you.

The Owner/Manager Hi and his wife along with Carol were the most kind people that helped us beyond most other services we've ever had. They deserve the best as they are such giving and awesome people.

There was nothing wrong; all 100%.

The receptionist at check in was very kind. At check out the gentleman was also very nice. The room was very clean. Came with a bath mat in bathroom which I thought was nice as the tub was a bit slick. room size was great and came with a couch and coffee table. Had king size bed and a desk area.

The beds were a bit hard.

I am so picky when it comes to staying in public places but when I tell you it was one of the cleanest inns I’ve ever stayed in I am not lying . No bugs no stains and nothing negative to say about the room at all ! Hot water clean sheets and it was a comfy bed as well ! Was a great experience!
