Value for money and location. Bed was reasonably comfortable and love that the room had a mini fridge.
Was told I requested a handicap room (I never selected that online) and therefore they were unable to accommodate the request for the two rooms to be near each other. When I asked if there was any way it could be changed (we checked in right at 3pm) the woman said no. Not very helpful and we were traveling with someone who had a small child and needed/wanted close proximity to help them.

The staff was excellent. They were curtious and helpful and provided everything we needed. I forgot my toothpaste and shaver and they were kind enough to provide that to me. We enjoyed the breakfast and we will be back. The fact that it was a non-smoking facility was the best of all. The cost was reasonable.
Not a big issue, but no ice machine on the 3rd floor.

The room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great every morning. The young lady covering the front desk made fresh hot cookies in the early evening, made the lobby smell like home. They were delicious. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
The pool could have been just a little bigger.

Beds were comfortable, good shower pressure, and clean. Staff was nice. I was near everything, so it was a great spot to stay to welcome my brother home from deployment. I didn't eat their breakfast, but their coffee was good, and they seem to have good options.
I traveled with my brother who stayed in a separate room, and he said if you didnt have a fan to help knockout hallway noise then it was hard to sleep. I feel thats anywhere you go. I took my fan haha so I was fine

Location was great and easy to find ! The staff was wonderful ! The pool was clean and easy to access ! Room was very clean and spacious ! Had plenty of towels and such for every one in our traveling party ! Loved our stay here ! Would stay here again !
Larger beds would be a great addition . Not reallly any other complaints .

Michael. He was so kind and felt terrible about the situation. It was anything that couldn't be remedied. I didn't want him to have a bad night because of someone else's error. I don't think I should have had to pay that kind of money, but it all worked out I guess. He was great.
When I checked in, at about 1130 pm. The room wasn't serviced from last guest. Michael, the nice man working front desk, apologized profusely. I told him that definitely was not on him. He said he had the stuff to fix up room. I definitely told him I'd help him and we did as team. I had drove for 15 hrs. I was tired. I needed a place. He was wonderful and we worked great as a team. I'm not the type of person to complain, especially when it wasn't his fault.

The location was Family oriented and the Staff was Very pleasant 😊 I'd definitely stay again. If Ur staying in town for a family member joining the Military, it's a perfect location and the price is just right!! Come and try the Sleep Inn, I'm very glad My Family and I did!?!

This was my first time to this part of North Carolina.. Everything was pretty good.. I loved the option of having breakfast included Love the prices for the washing machine and dryer
The toilet was very low to the ground The faucet in the tub dripped The shower curtain rod was jacked up which didn't allow us to completing close the curtain as it would slide back down that pole We were told that our room would be cleaned on the 3rd day of our stay but that didnt happen

I loved the pool and the bed was very comfortable
That my room floor was wet like one half from the a/c leaking from the rain I mean like from the a/c to the bed and not one person came to see how bad it was just kept giving me towels so I spent the whole weekend with a floor full of towels I was very disappointed
