Hampton Inn Sneads Ferry Topsail Beach

The room was AWESOME 👌🏾 all the women staff were great!

In sequential order Our refrigerator was subpar.it did the job, but could have been colder we had it all the way up! Called front desk about it no one ever came. The breakfast was good, but not what I expected 😕. The staff serving were diligent and kind! Lastly and most important! One staff member was not nice...not kind and treated me as if I didn't exsist. He looked me in the face and said NOTHING! His name was Justin he's was talking with a lady who worked there with a hat on. I'm in customer service, and the customers are the most important. He didn't make me feel that way 😔

The convenience of Location! The cleaness of the hotel. The Hassel free checkin/out!! Free cookies!!

Only the weather!! Lol, only the last day we were there did we have nice enough weather to enjoy the beach and pool. On a side note, the TV in the room was fairly far away from the bed. Not that it was a problem, but it could be. Not a deal breaker and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Clean ,the staff was super friendly ,the breakfast was good, we enjoyed our stay,more than adequate handicapped parking for a change. Coffee or hot tea most of the time in the lobby and cookies

The closet was to small ,the iron needs to be moved it made it hard to hang clothes up ,hard to open the fridge side ,change the direction of one of the doors so that both open the same direction ,the outer pulls were hard for my arthritic fingers to open ,

The staff was friendly! Breakfast had many options and was clean. The breakfast area had plenty of seating. The inside and outside was clean and neat. I have no complaints. Great stay and worth what we paid!

I’m sure it was due to short staff. We had stayed 5 days and with a toddler and coming from the beach, our room had no cleanings done. We could’ve requested but I didn’t want to be charged. Every other day, even every 2 days would’ve been fine.

I liked the bagel topper breakfast. The cookies were delicious! The oatmeal raisin were my favorite. Wish there were more! I was surprised how nice and clean it was being I was allowed to bring my dog. Usually pet friendly hotels are not nice at all.

The omelets at breakfast were dry and didn’t have enough cheese. I would have also liked more variety with the bagels and cream cheese flavors.

It is a couple miles from Topsail Island. Rebecca was helpful with locations for free beach parking. Also beach parking is free before 9 am and after 5 pm. This is the first year that they are charging $25 per day. There are very few port a johns. The island caters to those who rent houses. Check out the cookies after 4 pm and the containers of flavored cold water to drink in the lobby. Large breakfast area and a great variety of food for breakfast. Beautiful rooms. Rebecca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and share restaurant and other info with us.

The location was perfect for us and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent each morning with a variety of options. Love the fresh baked cookies available throughout the day. The gym and pool were excellent perks

The beds were not very comfortable and seemed on the small size for queen beds.

When we checked in, we were given the wrong room. We booked a king room but was given a two bed queen room. When we called the front desk they said that they did not have any more king rooms. A king room open the next day, and we were given that room. I really enjoyed the waffle station,

not really impressed with the breakfast meat selection.

The breakfast had a large variety and was properly stocked. The front desk staff were kind and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

It looked as though something has been spilled on the cabinet holding the television. When the TV was moved (only and inch or so) you could see a very dark sticky substance. It is obvious it had not been properly cleaned.

The location was very convenient for a quick trip to the store and restaurants also, and the closeness to the beach was great.

The washer dryers were not on every floor, nor the vending, it wasn’t a issue tho. other than that we really have no complaints.
